I'm quite surprised the family from St. Louis weren't featured in this particular video. They are a black family that won over $300-Million Dollars in the 1980's. It was a Powerball Jackpot!!!!! If you brought home 100+ million, you can put about 1.5m in an interest bearing account for each person in your family and close friends.
That would give them a great a great annual income to live off.
Or, at the very least, a great foundation for them to build from.
If they screw that up, then its on them. You did your part.

Depending on your state, you can claim the winnings under a trust, llc, etc.

@@cherylmccray7463 Some states have disclosure laws that the names of Lottery winners over a certain amount (ie $600 in NC) have to be shared with the public. Then there are states where you can choose to be anonymous if over a certain amount (ie Texas $1M)… just depends on the laws for the state where you make the purchase.

People, never take the annuity. Take the lump sum. Open a trust. Hire a team. Invest in dividends that would basically equate to what the Lottery payout would be. Put yourself on a budget.
