I can confirm that you don't have to impersonate the nurse for that point of the challenge. It enough to scare away the ducks so he does his job which in turn means you don't have to take down Gunther. I retrieved the cigarettes from the Griswold/Hansen backyard instead.

I think he took Guther down anyway because that's what is need for Janus to go to Helen's house. Taking Guther out early was a convienent way to do the two other objectives as well.

Thank you for the guide, I found it 4 from 7 due to the clue of assassination but the rest are trigger-based that very out of the box. Kudos to you.
And for Janus, somehow he used to be a cold-hearted, malevolent person but here he is.... an old man living in his shadow of former self....
Not as a spymaster of Lubyanka, not as the first Constant of Providence. He just a sad old man that wither and waiting for his time to perish....
and in a moment... I feel sorry for him.... even death is easy way out for things he's done but that's it....
