Anti-Israeli chants in TO Jewish neighbourhood. Antifa? Black Bloc?

"Threatening masked mob patrol the streets of Jewish neighborhoods Sheppard and Bathurst in Toronto and harass local Jews outside their homes."
This happened at Second and Bathurst. It looks as if Antifa or the Black Bloc has become involved in the situation. Why do they need to protest with their masks off?
