Don't be shocked Bill. A lot of us are still around from the old days....And we've been talking for twenty years.

Invited to the Kirk Hammet Festival, hahaha, In an interview about two years ago, Jeff Walker mocked Metallica by saying "Just look at the garbage they are putting out" (Paraphrashing).

Everybody was expecting a rather bland or too overworked new album, something that would either be "Nah, it's OK but..." or just something boring.
But it was a total surprise by such a hugely awesome album. It's at the same time classic and innovative.

Haugy, as a musician, surely you understand that audio should be mixed to blend different levels together? Is it possible in future interviews, you could level out the 'underwater' mobile phone voice with your studio voice WHICH IS ALWAYS TWICE AS LOUD AS THE GUY YOU'RE INTERVIEWING? TO THE POINT THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO REACH FOR THE VOLUME CONTROL EVERY TIME YOU SPEAK.

Shane, This was the worst audio quality interview we've done! We can't control the other end of it unfortunately! The levels were pushed to the max to hear him! Is what it is! THANKS FOR COMMENTS IN UPPER CASE WHICH = SHOUTING ha! \m/ #firstworldproblems

I HEAR YOU!!! But what I meant was, can't you turn down your voice when you mix the interview, in post production? It would make it more enjoyable to listen to!
This is not a first world problem, I am a First World Goblin.
