I was in high school when this was released and I bought the album in the high school student run record and candy store. Definitely one of my favorite albums. Brings back a lot of good memories.

"Oh Girl", the greatest love song ever written. Hands down!
The sweetest and saddest harmonica ever.
The Temptations, "I Wish It Would Rain" a close second.
    The Mighty Chi-lites!

I Can remember this song so well when I was young. My uncle use to sing all their songs. Therefore I know all the words. I still love them like it was yesterday.

Djantbro; The Chi-Lites of Chicago Featuring Eugene Record, were the "Prophets of Northern Soul" outside of the Detroit "Motown Sound" of The Temptations! and, one of the most prolific Music Groups, to "Put it on Wax"!; awesome!; Thank You! Brunswick Records!

The tracks "Have You Seen Her" and "A Lonely Man" are essentially the same tune but completely different songs impact wise. "A Lonely Man" and "Coldest Days Of My Life" are songs that stay with me. Thanks for posting 😊

I'm prepared to be wrong - but I think this group and the Delfonics were the top soul groups of the early 70s. Can anyone reply me some other groups to check out? This genre is some of the best music I've ever heard.
