@@steveandjenny149Most places if you are in the drivers seat and drunk you will be arrested for DUI. Come to Alaska get drunk and caught sitting in your car and use that for a defense and the courts will laugh at you. Then you are sentenced to 30 days in jail and loose your license for a year. 27 days will be suspended, but every person that gets a DUI serves 3 days in jail on their first conviction. If you kill someone DUI the minimum sentence is 7 years and 14 years if there were two fatalities.
Will prob be the only charge...No need for the parking tickef; Cars getting towed...
Here in Canada an Ontario cop will ask you twice then it's over.
If the perp isn’t an Immediate threat the police will wait for backup to arrive.

I am an ADA monitor working in the disability field since 1986. HP parking abuse is rampant. People think they are entitled to break the law and they get hostile about being called out on it. Here's what I think, no matter who you are or how old you are you should be cuffed. Car towed and spend a min of 48 hours in jail. If I had my way, it would be a week in jail. Nobody is immune to federal laws. In addition, in my findings, elderly people are the worst because they all too often park on the white lines blocking an access ramp and preventing vehicles from dropping a lift for a wheelchair user. This crap will never end but we need to keep fighting this fight. and....the guilty are the loudest protestors.

I will never, ever understand why someone who knows they're "driving dirty" doesn't obey all the traffic laws so as not to bring attention to themselves. I guess it's Natural Selection.

I asked 7/11 employees, they told me - in state of Florida, 7/11 stores selling alcoholic beverages, it illegal for store to sell alcohol during certain time at nite. My guess she drove to 7/11 store, parked illegally, so she could buy alcohol before restriction time happened for the store. Thank goodness she was caught, arrested before she could drive again DUI. Dangerous.

There was a case in Sydney a little while back where a male driver with an outstanding warrant got pulled over for driving while on the phone.

I THINK EVERY STATE SHOULD HAVE UNDERCOVER PEOPLE TO GIVE OUT TICKETS FOR PEOPLE PARKING IN THE HANDICAP SPOT.
THE STATE COULD MAKE ALOT OF MONEY.
Paying a fine won't deter some people but getting an automatic tow would seriously inconvenience them, plus the extra costs.

He speech was slurred with the first few words she spoke. In Alaska a DUI will automatically get you 30 days in jail with 27 suspended. Everyone get to spend 3 days in jail for their first dui. It’s always funny when a tourist comes up here and gets a DUI and they learn our laws here. Also a DUI caused fatality will get that person a minimum of 7 years in jail.
After she gets this ticket I want to see her reaction???.
If your xaught driving a car with expired tags and they dont have insurance. There vichile gets towed plus they go to jail. Then uts a minimun of three days in the impound yard, plus the 175 dollar tow fee. Plus the court costs and all those tickets. Thats here in jax florida. Lazy people.
Ask her once to step out .. ask her second time to get out . Third time meet Mr sparky ⚡️

I have handicap permit and I get mad when I go anywhere and there is an irresponsible human being parked in the space. Even the post office driver parks in my daughter's neighborhood while distributing mail.

It’s irrelevant how long your are stopping for, the point is you shouldn’t be stopping there at all in the first place. There’s nothing more infuriating than finding people illegally parked in these spots preventing me from using them.
You need to do video's of people dumping their shopping carts in the handicapped spots. So passed they can't park there or to lazy to put shopping carts in the corrals. Wheelchair people can't get out to move them so they can park legally. Thanks
Disclosure: You may have seen my comment on other video about violators of handicapped parking. This video showing drunk woman illegally parked in 7/11 handicapped parking space, her reactions, speaking, its obvious she is drunk, she parked in handicapped parking space, she says she was making quick trip into 7/11. Problems with drunk drivers who abuse handicapped parking space so they can quickly access buying more alcoholic drinks, perhaps then drinking & driving to wherever. Suggestion drunks who do this have reached "stage four alcoholism" as they can't seem to resist drinking alcohol, needing alcohol to live. Dangerous & illegal activity.

Ive recently come to appreciate the art of parking lots and such since ive become a striper, people just do not care about fire lanes or how their terrible parking ability disrupts peoples lives
I wish our councils in England would look after us disabled better, they don’t do half of the things they do over there, like ticketing illegally parked cars in shopping mall car parks or removing cars obstructing the footpaths.
I’m disabled and my son lost his eyesight two years ago and it’s a nightmare for him to just go over to his sisters who lives like three streets away from us . If I could get my hands on a forklift truck I would sort there parking out

My opinion they should be heavy penalties for parking in a handicap parking on my right leg have gotten two hip replacement and a reconstruction of my hip. My left knee is severely damaged. Also I have cancer so when I go to a mall or to any place that has a handicap parking, someone else that is not handicap takes the parking so that’s why I feel that the law enforcement should give hefty fines so next time they think twice and then they continue doing it have the vehicle tow
