I can’t find the exact hw integra livery but it looks like he took inspiration from the ‘01 custom integra gsr hot wheel from the j-import series

Correct this is part of the Streets of Japan which was recently released. However there was no Integra sedan so I had to modify the livery a little bit.

The liveries in that event are just JGTC liveries with sponsor changes

I can't help but cringe when I hear the word "livery". It feels weird. I would never look at food and call it eatery. Look at these delicious eateries. When did we stop using words like design, style, or presentation? Beautiful livery.

It's probably because I'm not native English speaking but I can't figure out the link you made with eatery for food. 🤔
IMO the word livery would suit to race cars, while design/style would be for street or sports cars, with much simpler designs
