7 month update Quad still running, so already better than most Chinese quads :D all electronics, battery, lights, starter working no issues. No breakdowns, no chain issues, only regular maintenance, checking chain tightness and changing oil for fully synth motul 7100. I ran the engine in with 4 oil changes once every 1mth, to.give this engine the best chance it could get. Full disclosure, my 2 sons ride this thing hard, including during winter in snow, in summer 35°C , on challenging hard sun baked terrain, and jumps up to 50cm Here is a list of issues I have faced / still face - rear wheel hubs excessive play had to tighten at least 5 times, seems now that its staying tight so maybe have just been some stretch. - Rear swing arm had play at main joint, had to tighten twice - excessive play in front arm ball joints, NOT REPAIRABLE. only solution to order new swing arms, however the same issue would probably just come back again, therefore I am still running it with the loose joints, no major issues so far, still seems safe.
Hiya buddy,iv just bought one for my 5 year old boy it was seeing your video what made me make my mind up,they are a brilliant little quad.very strong and well built, hope your boy has plenty more fun on it
also thanks for the update it's good to know.i expect most quads get some wear n tear after that time, I'd class this as a mid /high performance quad just because it's made in China doesn't mean it's rubbish does it 👍
Hello! Please see my 7 momth update which is in the comments section below :) Overall So-So better than usual Chinese shit..... but faraway from good Japanese quad my son was 115cm then and he could easily ride comfortably... I think this quad suits 4-10 year old without issue
