  • These are the Husky/Craftsman 2x4 double duty quad box end reversible 4 size wrenches which are pretty cool, this 2 piece set is made by gearwrench, but is well priced. these can be handy in a number of situations.

These are actually made by New tools/hi five out of Taiwan. They are far better than the gearwrench equivalent: longer profile and smaller head diameter.

I have a pair of these in metric and I love them. Picked them up a few years ago and they’ve held up really well. Thanks for the reviews!

I got a pair of Gearwrench from Advance Auto Parts for only 19.99 🤣🤣Still have it in the package and also Gearwrench 3-piece Ratcheting flare nut wrenches for 24.99 still in a package, such a steal 🤣🤣. Advance auto was looking to get rid of their gearwrench products for their new TEQ and DieHard products. Also picked up some gearwrench socket sets for dirt cheap

A set of these would be nice to have in my "I don't want to go get tools out of the shed" box.

Perfect junkyard pick-and-pull tools. I bought the Gearwrench metric set on sale for $20 that has two wrenches covering 8, 10, 12, 13 and 16, 17, 18, 19 and then ordered the one that has 9, 11, 14, 15 separately for $24. So now I've got 8-19mm covered for $45. Not a bad deal, but I agree about the Gearwrench quality being a little shaky. The sockets have a little play and the direction switch also doesn't inspire confidence that the mechanism will last. Still, for portable tools, you can't beat it for the price. I hope they last.

Those are pretty sweet. I'd love to see your version of a minimalist toolbox considering the mountains of tools you've used and reviewed.

I have the metric set, made in Germany and love them. 8mm to 19mm and extremely useful, just needed them to reassemble some cast iron garden furniture.

"Rocks and sticks"! You should review those next. I have worked at places that utilize those quite heavily.
