Thank you for your videos, helped me a great deal while building my bike! :) One question in case you see see it: I have the same type of expander plug bug it doesnt really want to get in steerer tube. I force in down a few inches but then it's stuck. Are you supposed to apply a lot of force to get it in?

Hi, thanks for the comment. No, do not apply a lot of force! You need to loosen the expander first, drop it in, and then tighten, before installing your stem, top cap, etc. If it's stuck, you have to find the right size hex key that will go into the center of the plug and loosen it first. Hope that helps!
