Been trying to find this song for so long too, yet I sung the chorus just now like I last heard it yesterday.

Actually, it peaked at #15 on the Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart for the week of April 26, 1986. If I remember correctly, this was one of the three or four "Frisco & Felicia" theme songs on General Hospital in those days.
Yea GH had a real Luke and Laura replacement thing. They milked Frisco and Felicia for as much as they could! The thing is Jack Wagner was really a great singer. I have wished that he would still put out more records. I would buy a new Jack Wagner album without hearing one note beforehand.
