Yves Loop Teaser Analysis & the connections to Loossemble and ARTMS

- So Yves just dropped her teaser for Loop out of nowhere, but I'm really exited about this, since I already wanted to tell you my debut predictions for Yves! ^^
I feel really exited to find out where the lore is going and if we might get a surprising appearance of other Loona members or maybe even a hint at an OT12 comeback!
I really hope that they will tie everything together with this debut and the ARTMS debut (and I mean I love the direction Yves is headed in! I really like that she created a sound for herself that is so unique and I can't wait to listen to the Album! ^^)
I am still not quite sure if this MV will even have a lot of lore in it or not, but I would love to see some references to the mobius strip the time travel like we saw in Loossembles MV or maybe even a connection to both ARTMS and Loossemble through these machines being the same machines as in the Girls Night MV. I am really exited for the debut, to find out more about this tbh!

*sniff*x100, immediately the Yves LOOP theory, :') I do think that Yves has somehow been chasing by some flying androids, but since the song is named LOOP, probably Yves is stuck in a unbreakable nightmare or dream (Ha Soo Young video) like loop, hence why she is trying to BREAK OUT (Dreamcatcher :))
5:49 for me Yves's outfit reminds me of New and So what, for the ballerina... I don't know how to explain, like she is about to dance and break rules or somenthing like that 🤷♀️

the 3 girls also reminded me of oec but jinsoul and kimlip being on the sides. Since it is confirmed lil cherry will be featured on the song im guessing that's her in the middle. Lil cherry could be in reference to choerry and might show the events that happened prior to and after yves gave her the apple (or how she remembers it), and loop might be in reference to kim lips ability to create a loop as seen in girl front.
It's possible that the ticking sound is the cassette tape player Yves stole in Girl Front. In new and Everyday I Love you it's shown that cassette tapes are used to return to one's memories and in Girl Front Kim Lip uses cassette tape to go back to the past. With cassette tape Yves can stop time thus stopping people around her
I think the flying machines are trying to invade her mind/dream while they're capsulated on the space ship in Sensitive.
Hey I really love your theories and you made sense out of post-disbandment lore which I couldn't grasp so I want to share a theory inspired by your previous ones. It's a shorter version cause I don't want to bore you and I won't do much retelling of your videos cause I assume everyone reading this has already seen your videos.
*THEORY ON LIGHT BEING*
I believe it's the same light LOONA mentions in their pre-debut songs
⚠️ Warning: Long theory ahead
In majority of their songs Loona mentions a voice, light, whisper or melody which they're drawn to. In Chaotic by OEC it's revealed these elements are all the same entity. Here are few mentions of these four elements (I could literally name 20 more):
Valentine girl Haseul: "I hear a voice calling my name, I feel soft sweetness, I'm confused, is this a dream?"
One & Only GoWon: "The reflection of the new shape on the window, it feels familiar now, the voice being heard again, I'm trying to listen"
Butterfly, Yves: Will you whisper to me? You're the déjà-vu that wakes me up"
Haseul, Let me in: "Sweet whispering in my ear"
Loonatic Korean version: "Fantasy like I'm bewitched, melody spins around"
Singing in the rain: "Following that sound, we're running you and I"
Rendezvous 18.6y: "Where is it from that strange sound? It came to me again this familiar radio tone"
Day&Night: "Like a habit I walk towards your light"
Rosy: "Following that light that's shining on me quietly,
I see you in the distance, transparent
I'm drawn even more, unable to stop"
Lyrics of Chaotic prove that light, whisper, melody and voice are one and the same:
Chaotic: "Running through time, following that sound, following that light, a whisper to me
Your eyes are on my heart, the melody passes by
It pulls me to you and we will be true"
They have whole songs dedicated to these concepts such as My melody and Voice. Jinsoul's first self-produced song that's yet to be released is titled Oh-Light and it sings about following a light. Description of Dal Segno confirms the presence of light in the Loonaverse: "In the loop, they find the light that lets them discover their own ego".
In their songs LOONA seem to be either intoxicated with this voice or desperate, reaching out to it and being unable to stop following it. According to multiple songs Voice is taking them to a completely new world, outside of Möbius.
Oh (Yes I Am): "I listen closer towards the strange sound that beckoned me, to that *place* it pulled me to", "Soon the distance is zero, to the world I’ve awaited".
My melody: "Oh when I opened my eyes that I closed for a second
I suddenly felt like I was in a new world
This melody that calls me,
I’m already headed towards it baby with this inexplicable pull,
Strange landscapes"
Ever since Yves's debut we were introduced to a new perfect world, an actual heaven Yves will have to create - New Eden. Captions for her teaser were "New Eden Yves has created". Their post-debut timeline is about creation of New Eden, then its destruction and rebirth. They sing about this new world in So What and Japanese version of PTT :
So What: "Shining world further"
PTT: "Brand new world, Moon is up"
"This separate world more and more"
Description of PTT says: "Finally conquering the LOONAverse with their own strengths, LOONA then discovers a bigger world that they have never known about"
PTT is culmination of the story. LOONA girls have united on the Moon and they're ready to go to New Eden, but as Jinsoul's bag says "To create something new you must first destroy". They must first destroy Möbius world to create New Eden. Kim Lip creates black hole to swallow the existing world so that New Eden can be born. "You break it, you make it". The giant door in the middle is referred to as "Door of Dimension" which is confirmed to take them to another world. In Flip Thay they're on a train to New Eden. It's revealed that the whole MV are their daydreams of this perfect world and they haven't arrived yet.
Everything seems perfect, yet there's something terribly wrong with all of this. Day & Night and Satellite contrast all loona songs as the light, instead of being represented positively, is hurting them, but they're still unable to stop following it.
Satellite: "I'm looking towards you coming towards you over and over again"
"It's fine even if I'm hurt, go towards your side"
Day & Night: "You and me, lights that grew distant
Now a distance that can’t be closed
You’re still stopped in place
Shining on me so dizzily"
"This can’t go on, I have to stop
I know but like a habit, I walk towards your light
When will I be able to stop?"
"Circling me all day
Hurting me, again I’m up all night"
Be honest sings about flying towards the light across a hopeless world that's like a desert. They're oblivious to what's going on which is embodied by happy tune of Be honest which is contrasted by the deserted nature of the world they're describing. One Way is a direct continuation of Be honest. Song opens with them revealing that they have been left alone in that empty world. They're not flying together with the light anymore instead they're abandoned, desperately waiting for someone to show up but no one is coming. In chorus of the song they reveal someone promised them to always stay on the same path, but the promise is broken. This line is a reference to Be honest where they say "So can you keep a promise?"
In Birth MV they're faced with reality. "An illusion in a delirium sheds light to my manipulated memories". They finally see the world around them as it is and they're once again separated. In both Birth and Girl's night MV we see a similar glasses of red drink. In Girl's night they drink it causing MV to get pink hue and dreamlike filter. Drink transports them to a fantasy world which they were hoping for, but by the end we see what has actually happened. Girl's night references multiple Sci-fi movies where people are getting killed and then replaced by another entity, be it an alien or cyborg.
In Oh (Yes I Am) we learn that what called them was their other self all along:
"I listen closer towards the strange sound that beckoned me, to that place it pulled me to"
"Oh what called me, It was real me all along"
"The end of the secret"
"A call towards me
"Oh, the loud ringing sound, was it me?"
"What I glimpsed here?
The answer, myself"
Perhaps their other self is just an imitation wanting to take their place? In Birth we see the Goddess get killed and then replaced. The deer which is a symbol of Artemis is not even an actual deer, it's more of a Chimera with different body parts of different animals. Maybe it can take shape of other animals too and imitate other moon girls members fooling Loona. Birth has funeral concept because despite LOONA members dying, something is being born. They make way so an already rotten flower can bloom, so that light being can take their place.

This theory is really interesting, since "a voice" or "light" sometimes describes negative feelings or stigmas that you fall into. Like some people describe that they have this negative voice inside of them that tells them to do negative things to themselves or others. Like an evil force that disguises itself as a good force, which also is a quite popular theme in horror movies. The evil vampire is just a cute little girl, or the evil demon is possessing a little doll, something like this.
On the other hand this voice or light can also be a positive force, some people describe that when they almost died they saw a light pulling them back into their body or hear a voice telling them not to do something or even having premonition that something bad would happen, which a lot of people then say that god gave them these visions to save them.
And I do believe that the members all have the ability to sense oddness around them (which we see time and time again with members like Heejin seeing colors bloom around her, the OEC members who see the world in color after opening their odd eye and then saying that we are all odd in our own way etc.), so it makes sense to me to call this feeling this "oddness" a type of voice/light or force that helps out the members.
I think everybody knows this feeling of having a premonition or bad feeling about something(?) And I feel like the members have the ability to sense this better then other people, which is why Yves found the fruits, Olivia Hye found her way to middle earth without the help of her members and Yeojin fled the forest to reunite with Haseul and the other members. Somebody or something helped them out and showed them the way.
I don't quite know though if this is more so a consciousness of all (in a way a hivemind like with ants, bees and wasps) or if this consciousness is a sole entity like a god or goddess. (But I would like to think of it like the Idea of Evil from Berserk. It is it's own entity, but is formed and morphed in the way the people think of it. That is what makes it either a good force or a bad force. And this then fits the concept of a Moon quite well, which also has some positive and negative aspects and effects on people!)

I really like the way you fit all of the post Butterfly Mvs it to your theory about the new Eden! And I do agree with a lot of the things you said! ^^
I also would like to add that the girls wear these black and white outfits in Birth, which normally you think about white being a good color used for wedding dresses and then black for funerals, but back in the days (which includes the middle ages, and the Birth MV looks a little bit like it takes place in the middle ages, not only the castle and the aesthetic, but when you look at old paintings for the time, the drawings you see in the MV do seem to fit the middle ages time period as well!) people dressed black for happy events like a wedding and wore white for their funerals.
So I do feel like this could underline the presence of a force outside of the girls that is both good and bad and not necessarily only one of those. It is ambivalent, just like the colors black and white can change their meaning depending on the time period you look at. You know what I mean? ^^
@@florastel Wow this is an amazing interpretation! Loonaverse is really just a story about self-discovery and identity. Usually realm and exterior around Loona members depicts their state of mind and heart, for example Haseul's cold heart shown by cold Iceland surrounding her, Chuu holding an apple which symbolises her heart, Hyunjin's anxiety externalised by the cat mask etc. We are shown the world through their eyes. We see their emotions and struggles as objects or other people. They meet their own alter-egos in their journey to self-discovery. It makes sense that light represents voice in their own heads. Sometimes our intuition leads us on a right path, but when we're in a darker state of mind we harm ourselves with negative intrusive thoughts. Something like the Chuu's monster. Lol and I've just said that I don't believe Chuu has anything to do with Artms

I need you to share your thought on Chuu's "Underwater" and "Howl". I feel somehow the monster in Chuu's MV is related to the light being in ARTMS' MV.
Also, the whole Loona post BBC stuffs kinda gives "The Matrix" and "2001: A Space Odyssey" vibe. In addition, Chuu is also giving "Contact" vibes. Those movies have the theme of confusing what the reality is.

@@srtvs8344 Oh I get it sorry. In my opinion her MVs are not yet connected to ARTMS and Loosemble, but they seem to be direct continuation of Heart Attackh
I will definitely make a video where I connect these comebacks, but I want to wait until Chuu's comeback in June, since I am guessing that this will also fit into the new lore and might give us even more references! ^^

The scene of the three girls makes me wonder if it is OEC. In Air Force One, there was also a magical-girl-like scene in which the OEC girls used their combined powers to destroy that bus. As we can see here, we seem to be at a bus station and the metal looking pieces following Yves come from the aftermath of the three girls' powers.
I'm not great at piecing together Loona theories on my own, so videos like this are incredibly helpful!
Interesting idea! Maybe this is some type of tie in of the machine beings from Girls Night and then the OEC members using their power to destroy the bus? ^^

What if it's called loop cause she's trying to break the loop(mobius strip?) and that's what she's running from? That could also match the clock sounds too, her breaking the timeline
The aesthetic of the MV (the green hue to everything, the ticking, the font used for the Loop etc.) also reminded me of the Loki series, which is funny cos Loki brakes the timeline as well lol
i think its high time we realize chuu and yves' plot are nowhere near artms and loosemble now
I mean... yeah. They are not the same, but I feel like this is just a fun little theory video so there is no harm in theorizing about how things could fit together (even if they then turn out to not fit together). ^^
