Godly Nothing he has to defend really. I'm old enough to remember all of that, and the media tried to make it seem like MJ had a gambling problem. MJ was a fierce competitor, as you saw in the Documentary they played cards on the plane in the hotels. No matter what it was he wanted to win it was always the driving force behind his greatness, he hated to lose more than he loved to win. Yes he lost thousands of dollars, but it never affected his play on the court or his family, they never went without because of it. And to me it was like it's his money his life, he doesn't need to answer to anybody especially the media or the public.
