It is a crime that WayV is so underrated. I mean they literally have two of the best artists in the industry: Ten for dancing and Xiaojun for singing.
It’s not just him hitting high notes or making those vocal runs. It’s the fact that there’s so much emotions in his delivery, like it touches that deep end of your heart.

I'm not sure but I think this was the first time Xiaojun did a guesting by himself in a korean show. WayV in general doesn't really get that much guesting and I am so proud every time they did have one coz all of them improved so much in speaking Korean

this vid was one of the very first videos I watched when I was getting into them. the first two songs i was absolutely in love with his voice and by the last song, seeing his smile literally melted my heart. I was a goner. Fastest I've ever fallen in love with a group. WayV are actually so lovable. Each and every one of them.

Xiaojun's voice and delivery is really on another level, he is not just a good singer, he really delivers that extra bit of emotion which really hits you even through the screen, he is my favourite vocalist from NCT and really hugely underated, more people need to know him!!!! Also his FACE CARD hello????... I really love WayV so much, they have a greatttttt discography, I really like all their songs including besides💚
Yess ❤ I LOVE Xiaojun's voice, he has amazing control and knowledge about it, he truly is one of the best singers I've ever heard. And as you said, the way he delivers emotions is so unique and hard to do. He's incredible. You can listen him sing and not understand a word but still get the theme or mood because of that.
His cover of Ashes is written in the books of history. Also the first time I watched this video and he sang a Jonghyun's song... it's not just that Xiaojun chose to pay homage to him, but also all the similarities between them (eyebrows, cheeckbones, goofy personality, vocals, etc) that always make me conect them together. I was an emotional mess too.

I don't even know how many times I've watched this, I love it so much 😆 You can tell he's really well trained and has amazing control and technique, but the emotions he can convey in his voice and his performance is even more impressive to me. It's very special. And as a Shawol it put such a smile on my face to hear him sing End of a Day, its a meaningful song to me and he sang it beautifully 💚 his smile is so precious
