I also have a window feeder and the suction cups were pretty tricky to pop off when I wanted to move it to the other side of our house!

I thought the same actually. I usually keep my blinds down half the window but open. So there are clearly lines across the majority of the window. If I do ever get strikes though I definitely will adjust!
