You need to get the crucible hotter, try putting it on a charcoal block instead of the floor, the borax glass will remelt so don't worry about it being stuck just reheat it

When melting metals most use borax so it dosnt stick and it looks like you crucible isn’t made for melting metals as it looks like a mortar and pestle.(borax goes first then the metal(not aluminum as it can react with the borax))
