One thing I would do is when your working there I would not wear a hat with dollar signs on it. That kinda makes you look greedy. A businessman should be professional at all times. Just a thought. They didn't have any claw machines, just a couple of fighting games and I remember seeing that Gravity Hill game every time I went to the Indoor Swap Meet. You inspired me to open up my own arcade store. Keep up the good work dude!

I recently asked how much is was to lease at my local farmers market and once I said arcade they were done talking lol no love for arcades around here because the last vendor left a bad taste in their mouth. The guy said other vendors complained of the noise and that most machines were out of order! Now I need to look at somewhere further out of my way but one day I will make it happen! Watching this was the motivation I needed to not give up and just find an even better location! Congrats man it looks awesome!
Dude theres this shop called the Haggard Garage. They can give you a hockey puck suspension for dirt cheap. It might be a little bumpy but its fully adjustable and its mint.

Moms are weird that way, but if they are shopping and having fun, and their kids are "oh we want to play..." mom will give them a lot of money for peace and quiet if the machines don't look all gross. It sounds like you are going to make sure it's a really nice looking location.

Do you have to remit sales taxes from your earnings to the Michigan Gov't? In Quebec, you have to remit 15%. and pay hefty fees like $500 for an operator's licence and around $300 for each game per year. Claws in Montreal costs a dollar per play
