I know this is an older video but, to make a point about the cards when they're stacked in pkg the cards tend to bow (bend slightly)a bit from the weight of the cards themselves so they're loaded a certain way in the machine so when the card drops they supposed to dig themselves in.
One time when I went to the fair, we passed a guy playing one of these. A $100 bill was on the edge of the thingy, and the guy was trying to get it. He told us that he had spent over 60 bucks, but he was soo close to getting the $100 and if he left someone else would take it and all his money would have been wasted. About 3 hours later when we left, we passed the coin machine, and I looked to see is the $100 was still there... It was.

I know this is an older video but, to make a point about the cards when they're stacked in pkg the cards tend to bow (bend slightly)a bit from the weight of the cards themselves so they're loaded a certain way in the machine so when the card drops they supposed to dig themselves in.

One time when I went to the fair, we passed a guy playing one of these. A $100 bill was on the edge of the thingy, and the guy was trying to get it. He told us that he had spent over 60 bucks, but he was soo close to getting the $100 and if he left someone else would take it and all his money would have been wasted. About 3 hours later when we left, we passed the coin machine, and I looked to see is the $100 was still there...
