    Asthma characterize by recurrence of attacks .intermittent attacks of caugh and S.O.B . Plus there is absence of any symptoms concerning for lung infection like fever .

    Sounds like Asthma, how could we be sure not to confuse them ?

      Clinically, no other symptoms of infeciton in patent w/ asthma are present

      Also, besides fever and other respiratory symptoms, we consider the age of the patient, as BVA is only common in kids under 2 years old and for the asthma diagnosis the kid needs to be at least 2yo, before this age, the child is refferred as “wheezing baby” (in portuguese: lactente sibilante).

      @axieeyay yes me niece 6mounths has bronchiolitis but his father and I have asthma so I was wondering if it was asthma or bronchiolitis
      Old people can caught RSV (virus of bronchiolitis) :) but we already know of they have or not asthma in this case 😂
