No bears or wolves to worry about and squirrels aren't gonna hunt you down in packs, lovely walk.
It's nice. But it's so lovely seeing all the wildlife. We appreciate your time watching. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Is that you Al murray lol
Britain's ancient woodkands are home to half the world's population of bluebells.
And we enjoy seeing them. Thanks for your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
It takes about 100 years for a Bluebell Wood to establish itself. Well done finding it. Another beautiful showcase x
Very interesting! Thank you for watching and sharing with us. We appreciate your time. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
I love the way that you express your love for Mother nature and the blue bell wood. Another very relaxing video.
I'm happiest outside and exploring. I'm so glad you enjoyed this lovely adventure. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Beautiful , love it when the Bluebells are out , my mum sadly passed away few yrs ago and she loved walking her local woods , I've got a Bluebell tattoo as a kind of tribute and in memory . We spread her ashes amongst them as well . 😊 thanks for taking us along guys ❤
We are glad we could bring up a great memory like that. Sounds like the tattoo has a lot of meaning to you. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
If you ever get a chance, please go to Scotland and see Scottish Bluebells. They are different from English Bluebells both are beautiful flowers, although Scottish seem a deeper blue depending on the soil - there is also a different number of bells between countries. Have a wonderful time in the U.K. Rab
Sublime - love your vlogs! Once the tree canopy closes over with all the new leaves the amount of sunlight that reaches the woodland floor lessens and so the bluebells disappear for another year. The short time we see them each Spring makes it all the more special. xx
Oh, we are so glad we have you here and enjoying our fun loving videos. We are a little funny and sometimes crazy and think outside the box most days. We love taking you all long for the ride. We appreciate your support! Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Really love your videos, as an Englishman I get to see parts of the country I've never seen before, thank you so much for the beautiful videos
We are glad to be the ones to show you parts of the country you have not see yet. Thank you for the kind words. Cheers, Chris
We so love our spring flowers here in the UK .
So sad that one complete bluebell wood in Kent has been covered in tons of illegally dumped building waste .
The caretakers of the wood say it will cost about ten million pounds to completely clear it, and we know there's no guarantee that these fly tippers will not do it again .
How sad. Thank you for sharing. Hopefully, they can get it all cleared up. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Magical...the combination of fresh lime leaves and bluebells is very hard to beat, and you had the place to yourself and the birds. Couldn't ask for more. I think the other blue flowers were alkanet, one of the borage family. You can pick up a packet of borage(herb) seeds and sow them now and they will flower gorgeous true blue flowers in the summer Give them a sunny well drained spot. Beloved of insects. You'll probably see seas of forget-me-nots at this time of year too, and of course white May blossom(hawthorn) everywhere you look. Spring is delicious! Lovely trip.
We're so glad we could take you along with us for this lovely outing! It was so magical and peaceful. I was so happy and felt at ease. Thank you for your lovely comment! Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
The root of the plant is said to have anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties. It has been used to treat various skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, as well as respiratory conditions such as asthma and bronchitis.
As you can see from my photo, I love bluebells in spring. Try searching for the wonder that is a whitebell, the delicate gem in a sea of blue. Bluebells are an indicator of ancient woodland and therefore very special places. I believe the pink is Suffolk pink, local to your area.
We are glad you enjoy them too. It is interesting to understand the relation they have with ancient woodlands. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
so glad that you got to see the bluebells😊
We are too! Cheers, Chris and Jess.
The lilac has finished flowering now, it it does have a beautiful scent.
Indeed it does. Cheers, Chris
Chris's drone footage was magical.
Thanks for the kind words. Working on getting better video by video. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
That music is so relaxing. Blue Bells is one of my fav flowers, but its those large Sun Flowers that I just love the most.
It is hard to narrow down which is the best. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Our garden overloaded with Bluebells
Do you love it? I know I would he so happy to see them bloom like I have all the plants in my garden. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Love the drive to see how beautiful England is thank you and your family.
Our pleasure! We're so glad to have you all come along with us. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
We have a small wood near where I live, and it is almost magically walking the dogs at this time of year with all the Bluebells & Snowdrops in bloom. Glad the weather held off for you guys. 👍🏻
We for sure agree it is almost magical out there. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Hi guys, seeing trees and flowers in bloom once again makes me happy
Same, my friend! I'm glad you could come along with us. We appreciate your time. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Jess Chris Clare and of course Shane! What aa wonderful trip out and to think when I was very young my grandparents used to take us kids out on Sunday afternoon to the woods and we used to pick the flowers but thats all gone now as there are many laws stopping people doing this now! There are even laws no stopping people collecting dead wood and trees from the forests as the dead wood encourages nature and its bugs and critters! Just up the road from where you were in Quendon there used to be a tramp who lived with his little dog in the woods and he lived there for many years and locals used to help him out quite often! He was no intrusive and would push his little dog around in an old pram and it was quite sweet to see as he waved at everyone who passed! A lovey day out and thanks for sharing!
We are glad we could bring up a good memory for you. The laws change and the big thing is, staying up to date with them. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
I just watched this lovely video and then clicked on BBC UK News and was horrified to see the headline 'The bluebell woodland turned desolate wasteland' One of those weird coincidences and ironies that occur.
Oh, very interesting. Thank you for your time watching and sharing with us. We appreciate your time. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
The other flowers may have been forgetmenots. My tiny front garden is overflowing with them. Lovely footage of the bluebells. If you want to see ancient oaks and birch trees, may I suggest Sherwood Forest Country Park near Edwinstowe in Nottinghamshire. The most famous tree is the Major Oak, which is held up by internal cables & supports, but there are a lot if other old trees. I would advise going down the narrower trails, as they really are magical, and you can imagine Robin Hood & his merry men trying to evade the Sheriff of Nottingham roaming through the glades. Love seeing your children appreciating nature. Like Shane, green is also my favourite colour😀
Thank you for the lovely insight and wonderful recommendations. We truly appreciate your time and all your love and support. It means the world to us. We're so happy to share our adventures with you. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
I used to go for walks in woodlands often and always enjoyed the BlueBells. They dont stay around very long and nowerdays i often miss them being buzy. But its a loverly time of year with new life and its aroma,s. But is so peaceful also.
It is a lovely time of year and great to take in. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
I think that’s a good description of bluebells - Magical, dashes of misty blues among the greenery. The sound when you were walking through the woods was very good!
I agree that is a wonderful difference of the Bluebells! We appreciate your support, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
The walk in the bluebell wood has worked it's magic on my very high B.P., thanks, don't want you to leave us!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it, and you're here, my friend! Thank you for the time and support. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
One other thing as a youngster my parents moved from south London to near biggin hill in Kent the bungalow they bought backed onto woodland even as a child i loved looking at the carpet of blue bells they just went on forever wasn’t i a lucky child.
It's so magical and makes my heart smile. Thank you for watching, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Another great drive & day out guys. Jess, I think a video about the differences between driving in the UK vs US would be a great post to get your perspective. We well definitely miss you all once you return to the States. Have a great weekend guys. 👍🏻🇺🇲🤝🏻🇬🇧
That sounds like a great video to talk about. You won't have to miss us, the channel will continue with the focus on seeing America. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
That was a very enjoyable little trip out to the Bluebell Woods guys... It looked a little bit chilly though... As we could see mostly grey cloudy skies on your journey there that day... There are places dotted around the UK that have a mixture of Countryside Walks and Activities for everyone... Anything from... Rock Climbing... Canoeing... Fishing... Sailing... Cycle Hire... Motor Boating... Water Skiing... Abseiling... As well as having... Interactive Learning Experience Centres... Cafe's & Restaurants... Gift Shops... Refreshment Shops... Camping & Caravanning Sites... Sculpture Parks... Children's Playground... Animal Petting Farms... Natural Wildlife Spotting... etc... There's a very beautiful place that's very much like this... Which is quite close to where i live... It's called Carsington Water... And it's situated in the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District Countryside... It's a stunning place to visit... With ample parking too... It's all on the site of a local Reservoir... And the entire complex was officially opened in 1992 by Her Majesty The Queen... You really can spend all day there... As there's so much to see and do... If you ever get the opportunity to visit here for yourselves guys... It'll be well worth you visiting for the entire day... As you'll never see and do everything you're wanting to... In just a few hours... You really need to spend the whole day there... Just to maximize your experience when you're visiting... You can take yourselves a picnic if you like... Or you can take full advantage of the eateries on site to grab yourselves some hot food instead... If i can... I'll put a couple of links to videos of Carsington Water... Just so you can see what you can expect to see and do on your own visit there... All the very best... Cheers guys. 🍺 Video number one... ----------> czcams.com/video/erBLYDaS4SM/video.htmlsi=aoNEGQ4--nzHCeiq Video number two... ----------> czcams.com/video/kriHIqshLH0/video.htmlsi=6d2j0melOsomHRPH
I'm so glad you enjoyed the day out with us. Also, thank you so very much for your time sharing. I truly love your attention to detail! We appreciate your time and support! Cheers 🤍 Jess x
If you like pink houses, Suffolk is the place to go. Something to do with oxblood that was mixed with the limestone centuries ago.
Interesting fact. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
No Bears...winner winner chicken dinner 😂
Indeed! Cheers, Chris and Jess.
It's lovely to see a bluebell wood. It's such a shame the weather wasn't more clement for you, and I find myself wanting to apologise for it. Timing is key to getting the best display. Some places give advance warning of when they start and when it's best to visit. The camera drone operator is doing really well and getting a bit more adventurous. It adds a wonderful dimension and perspective. Have a great week.
We are so glad you was able to enjoy our lovely outing. It was so magical. Also, Chris is loving being able to bring you all some amazing footage with the Drone. We're so glad we can share our joy and adventures with you. Thank you for your continued support and love. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Great video chaps, I love a good bluebell wood x
As do we. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
I see you are yoopers, I have a friend on tic toc in ishpeming, Marquette county, I'm English by the way, love your beautiful videos
We indeed reside in the UP. We love the beauty the peninsula has to offer. Thanks for the comment and kind words. Cheers, Chris
I would definitely be interested on your opinions on driving in the UK. It is great to think there is nothing in the woods to kill you, unless you eat some plants. Walking in the woods is always so surreal.
We will definitely be sharing our thoughts in the weeks coming. It's going to be a very interesting video to share with you all. Thank you for your comment, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
"Wot" no fairies or elves spotted, next time, maybe? Bluebells are so magical, they smell lovely, unfortunately some people can't smell them. Summer on its way.
Right, what a bummer. Maybe the loud plane scared them away. Maybe next time we will see them. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Im so glad you got to a bluebell wood at the right time. In gardens you often see the Spanish Bluebell, which is not quite the same, having a shorter, wider bell. Our true native Bluebell (Endymion non-scripta?) is only found in the British/Irish Isles and nearby coasts of the Continent; it has a narrower bell and is truly glorious when in quantity.
In Scotland another plant - I call it the Harebell - gets called the Bluebell, but they certainly have our Bluebell, calling it I believe the Wild Hyacinth.
By the way, it is against the law to dig up bluebells to take them away.
The other blue-flowered plant may have been Alkanet (Anchusa species? ).
Same, it was so magical! I love the Bluebells. Thank you for all the lovely insight and information. We really appreciate your time sharing with us. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Quality as always, well done Ya.all😅
Thank you so much! We appreciate your time coming along with us for this adventure. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Really beautiful thanks for sharing
Thank you for your kindness. We appreciate your time. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Sound's fine, very clear. A great trip, beautiful!..♥
Fabulous, so happy to know that. I'm definitely trying to bring you all lovely fun quality videos. I love sharing with you all. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
You can buy Bluebell bulbs from various sources/outlets so that you could grow them in your own garden. You can buy Bluebell seeds too, but they're harder to grow, and could take about 5 years before they reach flowering stage. Apparently it's better to buy bulbs 'in the green' in other words during spring, the season in which they're meant to flower. But it's OK to buy bulbs at other times of the year. If it's English Bluebells you want then you have to be careful because sometimes Spanish Bluebells are sold which aren't quite the same.
Thank you so much and I will look at picking some of those up. We really appreciate your time. As always, cheers, Jess and Chris.
amazing video footage!!!!im a tree and forest lover wow!!!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Appreciate your support. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Blue bells are okay now snow drops in Northumberland national parks.. are next level
Lovely, thank you for your recommendation, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Mini might be loud but what a cool car. Hope you’re enjoying yourselves guys, do enjoy your content.
Oh , you just made Chris's heart , so happy friend!! We appreciate you and thank you for watching and enjoying. Cheers 🤍 Jess & Chris x
Hi guys... Thank-you for sharing your driving and woodland walk...it was so lovely, restful and good to hear you enjoying it too. As you mentioned as you walked through the bluebell woods, I am unable to walk now so rarely go out except in my wheelchair (pushed by my youngest - 30 year old - daughter, who is also my carer) and my appointments to three different London Hospitals on a fairly regular basis (local to us, 'University Lewisham Hospital' - for weekly Warfarin levels to help prevent strokes - which luckily, I've not - yet - experienced... St.Thomas' Hospital - up near the River Thames, in London, for diabetic and post-op _eye_ surgery check-ups... And Guy's Hospital, also not far from the River Thames and
St.Thomas's, for my failing kidneys function...) I travel to and from all three of these hospitals via pre-booked Hospital Transport, 'clamped into place' aboard them in my wheelchair in order to remain in situ safely whilst the ambulances traverse the bumps and potholes etc of London's roads! Thus, my views of London etc are soley of the mostly hour-long journeys to appointments so seeing your countryside explorations make a real change for me... I've memories of horseriding through woodlands - not through bluebells, of course, and such equine travels can still be imagined by watching your drone footage above the main footpaths...as though from horseback. By the way, in closing (and apologies for my verbal ramblings through my potted life story) _your_ pronunciation of 'Bury'
(Bury St,Edmunds, possibly (?) is incorrect. It's pronounced like the fruit - _berry_ okay? 🤔🏴❤️🇬🇧🙂🖖
Well we are glad to be able to bring you along. As much as we are able to take you out and with us we will. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Great drone footage, it must be quite difficult in a confined area and keeping it low takes some skill. All the best.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. We love sharing our adventures. Thank you for your comment and support. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Look forward to your drives out, yes spring is lovely when the trees start to leaf and the daffodills bluebells etc. But please watch out for the stinging nettles, it will sting badly if you catch your hand on them. When i was a kid i fell into a whole bunch of them and ended up in a could bath and being rubbed down whith calomine lotion. i thought iwas going to end up in Hospital. 😫😫
We're so happy to have you along with us for all our adventures. It's such a pleasure sharing our fun with you all. Also, thank you for sharing. We appreciate your time, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
The joined houses " of a different colour" are called semi detached, or semis for short. Ian Dee.
If the two are of different colours, then they are likely to belong to the people who live there.
Interesting. In the US that would not be a normal thing to see them looking so different. Appreciate your time sharing and helping us learn something new. We appreciate it! Cheers 🤍 Jess x
@@DaydreamersBarn Thanks. By the way, I've got bluebells in my garden. Good luck in future.
Ian Dee.
Here in Cornwall, the colour is exploding everywhere, too much bloody rain but I’m promised by old Nigel that June and July will be very hot!
And I’ve never known him to be wrong yet.
Bring…..it……on.
Glad that it is getting some great color there. Hopefully we will be there soon to check it out ourselves. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Lovely video guys
Fabulous, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Another beautiful video 😊
Thank you, friend! I'm so happy you enjoyed
Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Anyone looking for a spectacular bluebell experience should look at Everton Stubbs just outside Weedon ,Northants.
Lovely, thank you for the recommendation! Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
So you made it to Essex, Harwich is where the mayflower was built, and up the orwell is Ipswich which supplied the sails and ropes and crew
We're trying to check out as much as we can. Thank you for sharing with us. We appreciate your time! Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Mini Cooper with Union Jack 🇬🇧 roof design will be great in America 🇺🇲
Would be lovely! Thanks for the comment. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Well that was a bit surreal. Driving through my neck of the woods in and around Saffron Walden. Lovely but I am biased.
Fabulous! How cool we love traveling through places that you all call home. It is so lovely we get to share our adventure with you all. Thank you for your comment. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
You should consider thinking of taking in Audley End House and the railway another day.
Right! We definitely will. Appreciate your time watching and supporting us. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
It always amazes me how you and your family find our countryside so interesting which is nice, but somewhere like the Grand canyon must be very interesting because "Grand" is in the title. Never done this myself but have a look at this "Ceremony of the Keys" I would fine this very interesting.
Hopefully we will be able to see the Grand Canyon and we can share a video of what we thing of it. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
I shall miss you so m 1:33 m 1:37 much when you go back to the USA. I love your drives in the countryside. Thankyou , love to you all.❤
You don't have to miss us, just enjoy the drives in the US countryside. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
The other blue flowers looked like the herb, Comfrey.
I think it is Alkanet (sometimes called blue comfrey) it’s a relative of borage and used to be used for dying cloth. There is a large mass of it growing at the bottom of my street.
Very interesting. Ta
Thank you for your comment and time watching. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
So magical. Beautiful 😊
Right! I'm so glad you enjoyed it as much as we did. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Moggy Minor 1000 are great, I learnt to drive in one, back in the day. Moggy Minor Travellers are great, but take more up-keep due to the wooden frame
I would love the challenge. Cheers, Chris
looks like a van gough painting stunning!!!
I agree, my friend! It was so magical! Appreciate your time and support. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
You think our Fairy woods have no dangerous animals BEWARE !!! I was attacked by a field mouse while drinking my cup of tea it had ATTITUDE and his squirrel mate was watching me in a very menacing way . So just making you aware
Haha, oh, very interesting. That must have been very nerve-racking. Thank you for your time watching and sharing. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Beautiful. Thank you!
Thank you for all your love and support. We appreciate it. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
So Nice ❤
Thank you for your support, friend! Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Hi Jess, terrific video once again, loved it. Life lesson....the way for you to manifest your dream home or anything is to trick your subconscious mind to believing you already have it, so you need to say and truly believe ' already have my dream home', it's mine. Tell the universe exactly what you want in the present tense This is how life works, you get what you think! 😁
Thanks for the kind words. We do indeed manifest our dreams. We will take you all along to see what we have been dreaming for. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Nice production, great soundtrack 👏🏻
I'm glad you like it! Appreciate your time watching. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Really loved that video. The mic and sound is all good very relaxing background music. My garden is covered in bluebells.
Glad you enjoyed it and that you can enjoy the bluebells too. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Need to get that drone whizzing like a F35 across the tree tops...😂😉 xx
Still working on the basic maneuvers...we will get there one day though! Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Lovely walk I just love bluebells the other plant with the blue flowers that you remarked on is called Green Alkanet.
I'm so glad you were able to enjoy the adventure with us. We appreciate your kindness and support. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
There are a lot of pink houses in Suffolk, in fact the colour is known as Suffolk Pink. When you mentioned you'd been here over a year and a half, it was a sad reminder that you're on the 'downhill' stretch of your tour in the UK - and it'll pass by only too quickly.
Maybe, but that doesn't mean that you can't follow us as we transition back to the US. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
You never mention the lack of billboards in our countryside
We have but will in our upcoming video talking about the UK Motorways. Appreciate your comment
Cheers 🤍 Jess x
I live in Stevenage, not far from there and we have a lot of bluebell woods. They only grow in ancient woodland and come to life when the ground warms up and there is plenty of light. When the canopy closes up the light is cut off and they die off for another year. My local woods even have a few white ones, that always appear in the same place. The planes that fly over are on the last leg into Stansted. Thank you for sharing.
How lovely! We will have to see if if we can find some. Thank you so much for sharing with us. We appreciate you, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
😯 I want to go there!!
It was fabulous! I'm glad you were able to see the lovely bluebells friend! 🤍 Jess x
I always picked bluebells & primroses when I was a kid you were allowed then
Allowed to pick bluebells and primroses, or allowed to be a kid?
Oh, my dear friend made sure I was aware not to pick them.. Time has changed, and I'm so glad we have them around to enjoy their beauty. Appreciate your comment. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Morning guys
Are you aware of the Classic car magazines?
There are quite a few on sale with a section of cars of every type and model available, they also give guide prices for each vehicle by the conditions, excellent, average , poor
We were not aware of the magazine, but that is something we will need to look into. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
When you went through Great Chesterford you were very close to IWM Duxford. This is a WWII aerodrome housing one of the best aircraft museums in the world. A superb collection and they have regular flying days in the summer. I'm sure Chris would love it - don't know about the rest of the family.
Yes, we're definitely going to check that out. We wish we could fit more in a day. We appreciate all the love and support! Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Great video 👍 I will give one piece of advice on buying a old classic car, always buy the best you can afford and either get a expert in the car you are looking for or try getting in touch with a car club.I have seen to many shiny polished cars that need lots of money to be spent and not being driven and enjoyed.😊I think a Morris traveller would be a better purchase!
If we can find a Morris Traveller, that would be ideal. However, we are looking for a solid one that has potential. Thanks for the words of advice. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
We have a our own little poem it goes Bluebells are b
Uebell and bluebells are blue bluebell are bluebells because the bells are. BLUE..
Very nice! Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Although I like the videos, and love that you appreciate how beautiful the UK countryside can be, your drone footage looks dreadful!
Are you using the video files from the phone attached to the controller, because they are way lower quality than the ones you get from the SD card in the drone and are only meant for preview.
Thanks for the drone feedback! We're very new to having / operating one. We will definitely take your feedback to improve our footage. We really appreciate your time watching and sharing your insight. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
I am with Collet PINK all the way l just allow other colours to exit. listener from Wiltshire. Hope the spelling of name is correct sorry if not.
How fabulous. Thank you for sharing. Really appreciate your time watching. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
The other blue plant you saw I think was alcanet, otherwise known as dyer's blugloss. It's native to the med. area of Europe but grows in the southern part of the UK
Thanks for the info. Something we were looking for! Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Have you been to the Bluebell Railway, taken a trip on the Steam Train.
Not yet. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Suffolk pink dates back to the 14th Century when the colour was discovered by dyers local to the area. Traditionally, limewash was added to the exterior of houses in the county and it was believed it added an extra layer of protection.
Lovely, we definitely appreciate it and the history. Thank you for your time sharing. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Fallen trees provide great a habitat. Take a look at all the things that grow on and live in a big lump of deadwood like that, and of course certain trees will continue to thrive even when they have been knocked down. The cameras and microphones seemed OK to me.
Oh, I completely understand. Love the life old life brings in the Woodlands arias. Appreciate your comment. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
My message went wrong ,sorry., the drone footage is beautiful..❤
Glad you enjoyed it. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
Personally, I'd feel a bit paranoid if an inanimate information board knew where I was. How do they know?
Understand your feelings. Thank you for your time watching and commenting. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
ps the mikes work great 😀
Glad to hear that! Cheers, Chris and Jess.
I went to Bury St Edmunds once on a business trip and noticed the pink houses. It is not something you see in most of the UK.
It's a very cool piece of history for this area. Exactly, fpr our daughter that loves PINK.. We appreciate your time watching and commenting.
Whenever I walk in the local woods here in Sussex, they are over-run by pesky Americans, I refer of course to the grey squirrels, They have only been over here for just over a hundred years, but are every where. I am surprised that you did not encounter any on your short walk. Although there are isolated pockets of our native red squirrels surviving in Britain I personally have only ever seen them in Europe.
There are reds in Scotland but in recent years pine martens have started to spread because they've discovered grey squirrels are fat, lazy, spend more time on the ground and are tasty.
We have seen the grey squirrels here. However, we have seen more in the US. That and black squirrels. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
@@DaydreamersBarn the greys you see here are the descendants of US squirrels some aristocratic fool brought in, complete with s disease that they were immune to but the reds weren't.
HOA I think is the same as Housing Association in UK effectually Housing Association property is leased not freehold owned as such massive limitations on what you can do inside and out, HOA sounds like its the same to me at least - basically a company owns loads of properties which they let out. Over here the main difference between 'social' or 'state' owned housing (Council housing) and Housing Association is with a Council Housing after three years of lease dwelling you get a right to buy the freehold and with up to 100k discount. Housing Association are very much unlikely to offer a right to buy if I'm not mistaken.
Oh, thank you for sharing all the information. It does seem very similar. We appreciate your time, friend. Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
Whould you buy i mini in the U.S.? You Should take a proper old mini home.
We would love to bring a proper mini back to the US with us. We're looking at all kinds and the right one we will share with you all. We appreciate your support! Cheers 🤍 Jess & family x
How were your fried pickles?
Fab, we will have to go on a day date to get some more! 🤍 Jess x
Watch the tv show bangers & cash that shows classic UK cars
Fantastic, thank you. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Fantastic, thank you. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
I love bluebells , if you walk through a bluebell wood in spring at dawn or dusk the flowers refract and reflect ultraviolet light , just like the woods in ' avatar ' . It only lasts for about 20 minutes but it is magical . Bluebells are a bulb and can remain dormant for at least 500 years untill a tree falls down and gives them enough light to start again . They also give off a gass which will rot fallen wood next to them very quickly ( within months rather than years) they then feed on the nutrients and provide space on the ground for their seedlings .
It was such a beautiful experience to walk through the Blue Bell Woodland. We absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for your description. 🤍 Jess x
Those idiot pedestrians should be on the right-hand side of the road so they can see oncoming traffic.
Completely understand want them to be as safe as possible. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
Hiya. Of course we can hear you, Jess, above the engine noise. Hahahaha, don't be silly! Did you get to Audley End House on the way back, btw, maybe get to see 'Mrs. Crocombe' or are you leaving that for another day? Stay safe. All the best to you.
We are leaving that for another day. However, it is on the list for sure. Thanks for watching and your comment. Cheers, Chris and Jess.
I think you are going too fast at several points. Please stick to speed limits.
Appreciate your thoughts but we always follow the speed limit or go well under for our safety and others. Thank you for your comment and time watching. Cheers 🤍 Jess x
@@DaydreamersBarn My apologies. Must have been an inaccurate perception.
@helenwood8482 definitely no apologies necessary! Sometimes, videos give a different perspective. We definitely appreciate your comment and support! 🤍 Jess x
Great video as always I love the sound of the engine especially when you change your gears on a manual, it makes it more fun to drive and less boring than driving an automatic, yeah I don’t get it either people on bikes that were all black! And even sometimes with no lights switch on crazy!!! Chris might like to check out Tasty classics CZcamsr he is amazing and is currently re-spraying a Triumph Spitfire it’s a wicked colour, Cheers guy’s 🙌. 🇬🇧🫶🇺🇸
