I’ve only just discovered this channel and this was really encouraging to hear Charlie story, I myself had a battle with an array of eating disorders and was admitted to the priory in Birmingham , it’s a horrible illness that is still a struggle for men to speak about
I’ve been weight stable for 5 years and it tough but with the right support and self education around the mind and eat disorder it’s possible
