@@paolodesiato9497 they are using soldering irons to make the joints, which commonly used to melts pewters for electronics (60% tin and 40% lead).
On the video they are using leadfree pewters, this can be noticed by the lack of shine on the soldered parts

They washed the cups after soldering them, maybe to remove flux, and soldered again afterwards. I can't tell the pewter is lead free, and the sheet metal may be not healthy too

Solder with plumb and stagnum is not suitable to take contact with foof. Specially frutal or acid ones.
i don't think they're worried much about cleanliness or food safety, have a look at where buddy carefully washed all the parts, then SET THEM ON THE GROUND at 7:00
I think the quality of the dirty water is probably more important than the dirt in this process. Terrible sanitation.
I just hope they don't have any lead in the solder. I don't know why the other guys are so worried about cleanliness of the water they're just manufacturing the molds they are not making the Popsicles. I would assume the popsicle company sanitizes the moles before they use them

Glove won't protect you from lead. The solder stick will remain dark stains on skin, leady or not. Also it's hot.
