Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp

Kuzhambu Thool - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut - 1 Slice
Tamarind - 1 Lemon Size
Kalpasi - 2 No's
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste

I tried it today, it tasted so good!! I too used pure groundnut oil But sesame oil taste was missing so I added it at last! I prefer to use Gingelly oil for fish kolambu and tamarind gravies!!
