Mate. I didn't have the stone grinders or the clay pot. Made it a week ago and it turned out FANTASTIC! Ah the flavour was just amazing. We had it with rice then few days later with dosais and a few days later with parotta. By each passing day, the curry got tastier nd tastier. I just wondered, I made it using a blender and a pan and it was so scrumptious, imagine if it was made they way u did? It would taste out of this world I reckon. Delicious!
