  • I flew all the way the England the other week, and while I was there I filmed my fathers Porsche cayenne which he has had for just under 7 years. It is a 2003/ 2004 Cayenne S 4.5 V8 with the Tip Traonnic transmission. I thouhgt id make a video to assist selling the car, but it sold straight away (more a less).
    A great car which I will miss.

    Ha, regarding mpg - a dealership gave me a european fiesta with a 1 litre engine - it returned 22.1 mpg on the 4 tank fulls i put in it. so a Cayenne S V8 Averaging 19 is good and much faster. I get 24-28mpg on constant highway driving (real world brim to brim filling) and 17-19mpg combined city driving.

    • @mattsbeamer
      @mattsbeamer  Před 3 lety

      Remon hey. Buying this car is the cheapest part. :) Parts on them are quite expensive compared to other brands such as BMW, Audi and Mercedes. Especially if you buy a turbo S. Those brakes can cost around 10k according to Mike brewer. Fuel costs and tax depends on your country. For me it was a very easy car to drive and well planted on the road.

      Hey, on the earlier cars they say that the v6 is more reliable but some will say it’s under powered. I’ve never driven a v6 thou . If you go for a v8 model it’s best to go for a face lifted model.
      Saying this thou my dads old 4.5s was good as gold, and never went wrong. But I guess it comes down to him looking after it well, since he bought it :) good luck. Let me know what you decide :)
