Just a note, currently Karlos Nasar has put down a 370 entry for the World Cup this April (this is only his preliminary entry so it may change). This most likely means his coaches will probably want Karlos to go lighter and save up his energy for the Olympics.
Nino's clean looked pretty easy IMO, I hope he tries 222 at some point in the future. Nino has put a 390 total at the World Cup (again this is only his preliminary entry so it may change). If he could make a 170 snatch and finally jerk 222 at the World Cup he would have a 392 total. I really want to see Nino back in shape.
