Fruits do have natural sugars called fructose, but they also have a host of nutrients that are good for you. The skin and seeds make for fiber which is needed in fact to regulate blood sugars. So unless you are a high diabetic, don't ban this as a bane... enjoy the benefits that fruits have to offer.

This is good advice. Worst are sodas like coke and Pepsi. Over 40g of added sugar. It’s fine once in 2 or 3 weeks but best to avoid them. Fruits are better balanced but def be careful too
