1.7M and 56 sqm = about 30k / sq which is not bad kasi mukhang elegant na yung finish nya. I just wonder if yun na talaga ang total project cost kasi pag ganyan na ichura at least 40-45k siguro dapat. 30k/sqm these days pang-standard finish na lang. Also would be good to know if there was a contractor o nagpakyawan ba ng labor just to manage expectations ng mga gustong magpagawa.

I saw a lot of house tour and i can say isa ito sa na pa-wow ako sa design. Simple, minimalist, and cozy. Me and my kid can use a unit like this. Great use of space, no space is wasted.

Wow,well done sa design and concept,spaces were maximized, natural lights, ventilation was well considered too... It's suitable for people who doesn't like high maintenance kinda house.. overall, -looks of the house is very luxurious and very contemporary.

very nice, I like it! may pinapagawa din ako sa province, two small lofts sya, Tiny house inspired. so far malapit na ako sa 500k, pero konting kembot nalang, accessory nalang and paint.sana ma featured din sa OG, soon. lol

I super love the color pallete matte to glossy black, white, and functionality of a minimalist theme... nothing is too much, livable spaces. As year may passed di cya malulumang tignan, parang bago pa rin cya. I will take note of this design and theme in my future reference...

Love the house so much. Pwede nyo po ba maibigay sa akin ung contractor nyo OFW din ako may lote ako gusto ko din patayuan ng bahay.
Mahirap imentain ang dark colors na tiles kapag may tubig. Masyadong halata yung mga water stains niya kapag tumagal.

Architects really do good overall concepts when it comes to minimalist holistic design. IDs are just associates when it comes to design.

yung bahay nga nmen 1.450m nakaabang lang yung 2nd floor, sobrang mahal ng materyales tapos yan 1.7m lang with architect at engineer pa.

Misleading yung pricing ano. na sasayo na lang if maniniwala ka which is madami naman naniniwala sa presyo. haha 1.7 shell pa lang ng bahay yan. Malamang possible yan if galing sa recycle sa other projects. haha

Ang disadvantage lang nakakapagod umakyat sa 3 palapag na hagdan lalo na pag nagkakaidad na, ayos ang teknik na ginawang car port ang ilalim para tipid sa space, pero sa city lang yan magandang gawin dahil mas mahal ang lupa sa syudad.
