Tamara IS a MEAN girl. Now that Tamera is supposed to be returning to the RHOC, I won’t be watching.
What really pisses me off about her is that she’s 100% behind MOST of the conflict on this show then when she’s called out she denies, deflects, rolls her disgusting black demon eyes. That would eventually make me throw hands or do something seriously bad to her.

Here's my take:
Heather has the brains, the way with words, the money and the means to be the ultimate mean girl. But she never completely went there. She mainly sharpened her teeth on Alexis, who was asking for a beat down from everyone else.
She was always smart enough to know what is a good look for her and mainly nodded her head to Tamra's craziness but never get herself too dirty. Until the Bus situation with Kelly Dode that made her realized she better cut her loses and run.
This particular season, Vicki and Tamra's icing her out made her lose her cool and she went after Shannon with a very messy uncoordinated attack which came back to bit her on the ass.
I think then she regrouped, reaslised its a terrible look and backed down, again letting Tamra become the villain and clearing her Image by apologizing and taking things back. That's a smart fancy pants move.
Regarding Shannon, considering all the we know now, that everything they presented was a sham for the cameras and he was already knee deep into an affair, a fact that was kmown to Heather and Terry and they kept their mouth shot and still got a beating as the attackers of the alleged true hearted Zen like Beadors, Shannon milked that situation perfectly to get her contract renewed.

That is good. And I think very accurate. Shannon was very critical of her husband, I can't believe nobody ever commented on that. And she was hysterical. No reason she had to turn to the bottle, just because her marriage failed. She should be a better role model for her kids.

Sometimes it's easier to just type it out, especially if your communication is already strained. it can give each person the opportunity to speak uninterrupted and get their point across. But that's if you're trying to communicate. Other times it's plain ol cowardice.
