3-year-old boy shot and killed in Birmingham

A 3-year-old boy is dead after a shooting in east Birmingham Thursday morning. The Birmingham Police Department said early investigation indicates the incident was possibly self-inflicted and accidental.

There is no such thing as an accidental shooting only a negligent discharge. That firearm should never have been left where a toddler could get ahold of it. That and I was unaware that there are firearms that have a trigger action that a three-year-old can pull.
