Oh! Well, I’m not sure if this will be helpful, but I’m guessing you couldn’t understand the joke. If so, there’s a line at the end where she says “it’s not a gopher, it’s probably a mole!” In response to being told there’s a traitor in his kingdom. In English, a mole is not only an animal, but a term used to call someone a traitor, similar to a rat, snake, and more. So the joke of her saying the traitor is probably a mole plays on the fact that they’re all animals, and that it’s another word for traitor!

They say the words "frog," "centipede," and "marsh" to set up the animal joke. They say the words "king," "kingdom," "throne," and "defector" to set up the spy joke.
“Gopher” is also a slang term for a lackey or a grunt, so this is actually excellently layered for being improv!
