I like Andy a whole lot. He is by far the best guy Haley was with and I think her growth was pretty solid, especially compared to Luke, Manny, and Alex. I think he was a much better option for her romantically than Dylan.

With Andy, she grew out of the more ditsy rash teenager and into a more responsible adult, only to immediately flip back into the old persona and get back with Dylan. Didn't make a whole lot of sense narratively and didn't really sit right for a lot of people.
That's so true. As a character they're each unique but personality wise they're all respectful, sweet, goofy guys who treat her well and has her best interests at heart.

Phil turned out to be a great, caring father and successful realtor. Dylan ended up going to nursing school and getting his life together too. I also wish Haley ended up with Andy, but when I saw what Dylan became in the final season, it made a ton of sense to me. It would've been tragic if Haley ended up with Rainer Shine lmao
