    Today I will show you the brunch I made myself every day for the first seven months I worked in construction! It is super easy to make, is high in protein, and most importantly, tastes delicious! If you're looking for something you can bring to work so you don't have to spend so much on lunch every day I highly recommend this wrap! I worked in construction, but regardless if you work in an office or at home this is still perfect!
    This recipe calls for back/peameal bacon, 2 eggs, 100 grams of egg whites, cheese, and a tortilla! It comes in around 600 Calories and 56 grams of Protein! I would always pair this up with some fruit to get some healthy carbs in to prepare for the rest of the day! I hope you guys are having an amazing weekend!     I hurt myself playing basketball a few weeks before the start of this series. After an MRI I was finally diagnosed with a full tear in my ACL! I've grown to love physical activity, whether it be sports, weight training, walking my dog, or going for runs. This injury has been a huge setback for me and I wanted to do something productive with it instead of doing nothing! My surgery is booked for July 22nd! I want to make this injury as positive of an experience as possible. In doing so I want to try something new with my time off work... and this series is turning into something I'm really enjoying! We take things too seriously in life, it's important to enjoy the little things! I hope this channel can be one of your life's 'little things'! If I make even one person's day a little better with my videos this series is a success!
