What a time to be alive, who knew that rural areas would have breath taking ocean view. Such was reserved for the elite. This really shows that nothing is impossible anymore.

Remember Umgababa beach was viewed low class and no one wanted to be around it. Today it is the place to be
Its always been like that its our minds that needed liberations there are many villages by the beach. For example I was not aware until I moved to KZN that Shaka lived by the beach, along thick green hilly areas. Western movies show us a false narative yo remove our minds from the beach.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV the thing is coming from Joburg point of view wed never seen the ocean view as a Zulu or rural thing. What shocked me when I moved to KZN is how much of Zulu history actualy happend not far from the beach. We always visualised what was sold to us by TV.
You are actually the first person to highlight rural areas that are by the beach.
Ppl who live in KZN take the ocean view for granted for us its the world.
Hope these communities don't forget how vital agriculture is to the overall economy. I want them to live their best lives but they need to remember that agriculture is part of the reason why all this is possible.! A healthy balance is more than possible. From what I hear South Africa has some of the best cuisine and wine in the world!
I think I’m going to visit KZN in a few weeks. I love the beach. By sitting next to water if you have stress the water/beach can offer you answers to life’s problems. I love those homes. Even though it’s rural, those areas can give you peace of mind.

You should have also entered the ramp off to ultra city at Umgababa. That road was going to take you from uMkhomazi( uMkomaas) to Park Ryne. Along that road, it is so close to the beach you see Durban North, UMhlanga type of houses owned by black people. It is so calming to drive along that place. Don't change the day for your video upload to a Wednesday. It is good to watch it on weekends having more time relaxing. Your videos relaxes as I see you driving along plantations, forests and sea. The weather is always fair through out the year. Very hot in summer and not too cold in winter. The stands vary and as I always said, one needs to research about the areas, visit the chiefs and negotiate better. Thank you for watching. 🙏🏾❤️

Hi Sis Velile since the land is not registered in the deeds office , can it be added as part of asset in the divorce proceedings?
Wonderful question. I do not know the divorce law proceedings but I sure know that traditionally, tribal land can not be sold just because the husband and wife have divorced. It belongs to the family so the children are as much entitled to it as the parents because of their ancestral lineage. I have seen women going back to their father’s homesteads after divorce than fighting for the homestead belonging to the family they married to. I wonder what the law says. Thanks. That’s something to look at. 🙏🏾❤️
