Hi, my beautiful African Queen you are doing a really good work by giving us this Rural Areas information, you have inspired and motivated so many people so remember not all people will be happy for all you have done they will always criticized you, So use their Criticism as a Stepping Stone to Go Higher and Higher lots of Love ❤💃💕👠❤️⛏️❤️⛏️🙏🌷💃⛏️🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Thank you for this. I also love Lion Park. Our home is in Imbali and I would really love us to also build in Lion Park more especially for the big yards, you in location we don't have yards shame you start to really realise this when you have umcimbi and you need to have a tent. So in rural erears it's very easy
Thank you for your content, Sis Velile. Could you kindly find someone who lives in a rural area or has already built a home there to explain the process of building in such areas and the challenges they face, considering that these places are isolated from urban areas?
I see a lot of people asking for contacts details of the chief or his assistant it clearly shows ,batho bamo gae do not understand tribal procedures it doesn't work that way, you need to make time and go introduce yourself directly at the tribal house and state the purpose of your visit or intention. Then you will be guided
Thnx sisVee mna thought ukuthi uma ukhulele emaphandleni uma sewumdala umele uye malobheni, ngibona manje ukuthi why abantu beshiya amadolophu beta ezlalini to build their big houses. Nam ngazfunela a plot Peelton Village.
Sis Velile please kindly do more of interviews with house owners if that is possible 😢😅. We would like to hear from them. Where they share their journeys of building and the challenges thereof. Great video as always thanks for the beautiful content.
@@VelileLifestyleDecorTV Sis Velile there are some beautiful places along the coast of KZN overlooking the ocean, which have people staying there(African people in their ancestral land). Can you find out for us if those 'sites' are available for purchase.....where there are vacant ones of course.
So Velile, are you saying the only way for one to acquire land in rural areas is through ancestral lineage. Thats unfortunate for some of us whom our ancestors left KZN a very long time ago, migrating to JHB for work and not returning back home. As for me, my grandfather perished without telling us exactly where in KZN he came from. I definitely would love to put up a beautiful structure for my family in KZN, but due these stringent requirements, I'm hamstrung
Hi Patrick. You and I have the same problem. I learned that my khokho was from emplolweni in maritsburg, so I need to take my father there so we can start the process of acquiring the land. I hope all goes well 🙏. Wishing you the best.
I don’t understand why you won’t trace your ancestors roots and go there to acquire land. You do have ancestral lineage just research your family history.
Hi Velile, thank you so much for sharing this lovely Information with us, I am Interested, I also need a Land I am desperately looking for the opportunity like this I do not have a home, I think this is my opportunity to have my own place, yu are a God sent my sister, thank you
Hi Thully. In Lion Park - KZN if you are interested. I can introduce you to the owners of a family trust beneficiaries who are selling their land. This area only belongs to them, not the chief. I recently bought my 2500 square meters (50m X 50m). Beautiful place. Regards Menzi
Hey Velile, I hope you are well I wanted to ask what's your take in witchcraft in rural areas, as rural areas are also known for witchcraft due jealous and many other things as you acquire land and build your house that attracts to people eyes and attention ?
Hi. PLease go take what's yours. There is witchcraft everywhere. Remember witches can get you from as far as U.K😂😂😂. As long as you are African you can't runaway from that. Just be prayerful. Go own land, you won't regret it. At least not for you maybe your children 😍. That's my belief
you ask the people of the area for the names and locations of induna zenkosi coz you don't talk to inkosi directly... you must respect protocols and processes and it'll be well for you.
