He also said he had to hold back his eyes so his gaze wouldn't incinerate the planet, hence his eyes being hollow in his prime, it's pretty telling he's still holding back even in his nerfed state.
And didn't he mention that someone capable of that wouldn't be hurt in battle unless you attack him with a planet-busting attack?
He also could've saved everyone from Nomu without even engaging in battle; he was fast enough to grab all the kids and make a run for it, wasn't he?

@@RongDMemer Well, that's mostly how Shonen works. The main character will in most cases become one of the strongest in the verse and surpass his mentors/predecessors. The ones i'm the most interested in right now are Luffy (obviously, watching him surpassing Roger, Whitebeard, Rayleigh, Garp and becoming the king is going to be awesome, and Zoro also) and Deku. Deku has so much potential with all the extra quirks. In my opinion, the top 5 heroes at the end will be: 1. Deku, 2. Bakugou (will probably be close to Deku in power), 3. Todoroki (definitely see him surpassing his father), 4. Kirishima (should be pretty much the Kaido of the MHA verse with the invulnerability) and 5. Tokoyami (he will be a beast with Dark Shadow mastered).

All Might based off feats alone is at least around high demon. In his prime he's over 60 times stronger (over 300 punches to take out Nomu oppose to a mere 5 in his prime) Give this man some respect.

Durability and Power goes from City to mountain or island. Speed goes to Mach 28.15. His speed in the nerf was 360 mph, I calculated it because 30 seconds to go 3 miles is that much.

Probably closer to 61 or a little higher. 300 divided by 5 is in fact 60 although he said it took him OVER 300 mighty blows (all of which had 100% of his power)

@@thebirdwings4163 Um, Saitama jumped back from the moon to earth in sub relativistic speeds? It took a weakened All Might 30 seconds to clear a 5 km run which is below mach 1. He wasn't even supersonic which puts him below Speed of Sound Sonic. Even with the 60x multiplier based on All Might's, probably hyperbolic, estimates of his previous strength he is ~mach 30 which is still low as hell compared to the likes of Flashy Flash never mind a God level monster like Boros. As far as his destructive capability goes that storm feat was clearly an outlier purely used for dramatic effect, based on his subsequent lacklustre showings, and he should be around, but favourably above, the level of Gigantomachia which puts him in the range of mountain level to island level. That's pretty good but Genos has that firepower. Based on his speed and power All Might is likely mid to high dragon level.

when Orochi launched An energy beam type attack, it was powerful enough to cause above magnitude 10 Earthquakes that affected the whole city Z and keep in mind that the power needed to create that big of an earthquake is in the tens to hundreds of gigatons range.

The comparison he was making was goop guy go deep sea king, and he used one punch on goop guy, like saitama did to DSK. And that was only 5% of his power. While I don't think he was a planet buster in his prime, I do think he was easily above dragon or god

To really beat that nomu which he didnt even kill. He had to use 1 super strong attack, that means that attack is 5 times stronger than base prime all might. And over 300 times stronger than struggling usj all might.
This means we know what 5 times stronger than prime all might looks like. Its not strong enough to kill high demons. So 5 times stronger than base prime all might is weaker than high demons. So sorry bud but prime all might isnt even killing dsk at his prime. Bos genos is above 5 times stronger than base prime all might. And dsk is stronger than bos genos.

And, based on how OPM works, I think it's pretty easy to say he's above dragon. Tatsumaki is and she isn't even confirmed with her best feat yet. Remember Zhoniin that the city's in one punch man are the size of literal continents and the death punch satiama throws is bigger than a city block.
The city’s being as big as country’s/ continent’s argument can be easily debunked, two examples are that when we get a view from space of earth we can’t make out any cities that are noticeable and they would be noticeable if they were country/continent sized, and the other one is that Boro’s ship destroyed almost all of city a but you can’t see any curvature which you would see if they were country/continent sized

That's actually a joke. Weakened, weighted cuffed, injured All Might would easily beat Super Alloy Darkshine. I mean Red Garou embarrassed SAD and he wasn't even in his monster form. All Might can literally punch half a city away with the force of the wind from his punch. Darkshine isn't even close to that level of strength.

All Might was putting 100% in every single one of his punches against Nomu, yes? Well that didn't even destroyed his surroundings that much.
Gouketsu destroyed a considerable part of the stadium with one single punch that wasn't even the full extent of his power. Even if All Might was 3 times stronger than what he currently is now, Gouketsu would probably beat him.

I doubt you even watch MHA, because if you did you'd know the USJ Nomu was specifically designed by 'All for One' to fight All Might. he had a built in 'shock absorption' quirk (that's why the surrounding didn't get destroyed, because Nomu was absorbing it) and eraser-head said he thought Nomu was 'as strong as All Might' Its like Atomic Samurai fighting Black S. AS is AM and BS is Nomu, its a really bad match up. Yet AM was still able to just punch the shock absorption out of Nomu. Then he was able to punch him through the roof of the USJ and so high into the sky he vanishes.
two, that punch Gouketsu did was cute compared to the punch AM does in S2E24. From a static position AM punches the air and destroys a huge chunk of the city, way bigger than the stadium in OPM, just from the wind pressure of his punch. And that's a weakened AM, with weighted cuffs on every limb. their feats are not even comparable lol

I know this is an older video but this is a topic I thought about myself.. I decided to try to get a feel for what All Might Prime would be capable of throwing down. I will only use the actively stated feats, and will be intentionally giving him the lowest level possible based on them. This will give an idea of *at least* the minimum capability he would have had.
If All Might's statement is accurate during the fight with the shock absorbing nomu in the first season, then this means at that point he is running at about 1/60th of his Prime power. If it took 300+ punches to do what 5 would originally have done, then 5/300 is 1/60 = 1.667% or so of what he had in his prime.
The next concrete power level we get is that after this incident, is based on his endurance in the flex state form. The 1.667% power level was able to hold his hero form for up to 3 hours a day, or 180 minutes. After the first nomu however, his exhaustion has reduced this to only 50 minutes per day. And with some very simple math we take what he had before, and get: (50/180) x 0.01667 = 0.004631 .. that is 0.4631% of Prime.
By the time All Might faced All For One in the middle of the third season, he was operating on 0.4631% of his prime power. Less than half a percent.
Another video I watched years ago calculated how powerful the USoS was based on a rough measurement of the crater against his own height to work out the volume of concrete destroyed, and using the required energy and force to obliterate concrete it was estimated that this attack was roughly 6 kilotons of TNT, on the low end. Again, I am using low-balls here because it should be more accurate in the end. This means it is roughly about 40% of the Little Boy bomb which was dropped in WWII, which was estimated at 15 kilotons of TNT.

This could mean that Prime Might could likely routinely punch with low-level nuclear bomb yields.. or, since All Might is at this point both running at 0.4631% of his Prime, and also this is after the 50-minute limit and he has been fighting with AFO already for a while, he is also exhausted and drained on top of that, meaning that by the time he actually uses the USoS attack, his power% is already ticking down further.
I also am not personally sold on the idea that this explosive power was him reclaiming his former strength. All Might had already given OFA to Deku long before, he was not replenishing his power all this time, so his gas tank was getting lower and lower. The reason OFA was burning down and out in Toshi at this point is that there was no engine left, the source of fuel for it was gone, so this final push could *at best* consume that small remaining % of power.
Instead.. Look at it from the other end. If All Might was at 100% Prime and went all out instead of just using a normal punch (which for him would be that 6KtTNT nuke!) and he actually used the USoS then.. we could be looking at a much bigger number.
100%/0.4631% = 215.94 .. he would be capable of hitting for 215.94 times as much. This would put him up into the range of hitting for around 1.3 Megatons of TNT, which is roughly equivalent to modern real-world high-yield thermonuclear warheads.
And remember.. this is low-balling his Prime power. I love this kind of power scaling.

I think the best way for us to understand how strong prime all might was is by waiting for the show/manga to show the battle between him and all for one in their prime. I feel like they’ll show it eventually and I’m very curious as to where they fought this battle since barely anyone knows about it.
So All Might was this powerful in his Prime, just imagine how powerful Izuku is going to be once he finishes training! It’s a stockpiling Quirk, which means each new user would be stronger than the last! So Deku has the potential to be even stronger than All Might is his Prime!
All might was massively high balled here, he's low dragon at best. Although that's why this is controversial, zhoniin isn't a power scaling channel and doesn't compare between series, just trying to piece together from what is shown in series

Nah, in his fight with AFO outside of his prime, they completely destroyed the area around them, without touching any buildings. He even said he never used his 100% constantly (when used attacks like Texas smash that have the huge wind blasts) because it completely destroy the area around him

All Might is great and awesome Hero, and i like him.
But he's no where close to Saitama. So far we know that Saitama can destroy the planet with just the shock wave of his one punch if he chooses to. He can't even feel pain or die. He didn't even get any scratch or feel anything while fighting Boros.
But then again, All Might is still awesome and i know with his Maximum Prime Power, he would have finished that Monster with 5 One for All Mighty Punches.

Every time we've seen him go ham is when he's at the end of his 3 hour daily limit for using OFA. When he mustered up the strength to Detroit Smash the sludge monster, going up against the USJ nomu, United States of Smash were all done when he was absolutely at his limit. I don't think we even saw what he was truly capable of even during his nerfed state.

You need to remember that "pre-deku-allmight" (the one we saw against sludge villain - aka the one in the first few episodes) was almost 50% of prime allmight (looking at the graph at 3:00)

Any percent of infinity is infinity therefore not justified. Saitama too would die at the mere sight of shaggy if shaggy decided to.
The only thing that shaggy struggles against are cosmic farts by God himself that shaggy really is annoyed but can't do anything about it.
Speed is relative to the square root of the amount of kinetic energy put into the system (KE = 1/2 Mass x Velocity²). So instead of 60x like most people say, technically, he'd be like 7.7x speed at prime. Still ridiculous though, as someone once calc'd his speed at 360mph in the Kamino scene rushing toward AFO. So his max speed is around 2800mph, or in other words over Mach 3.5.
All Might is Mountain level+, and in his prime he was like maybe Island level, you don't have to get that crazy.

Low Distortion one way I approach power levels is that each universe is different so they will all have different laws. Ya some will be similar to our own but considering how fast and strong even low level beings can be I believe there must be some differences in their universe to our own ( higher gravity, lower gravity, more oxygen).

I think Zhoniin tend to mix up power scaling between MHA and OPM. All Might is multiple city buster at max even at his prime. Otherwise it doesn't make sence.
You see, for OPM universe it would make sense to have these ridiculously overpowered beings that can end the world 10 times in a row. Because that's one of the main ideas of the story.
MHA works differently. People with quirks always have large amount of drawbacks, sometimes to a significant level like being fatal to host's own body. And it's one of the main ideas of this story.

I feel like even prime allmight isn't nearly as fast as casual saitama, the speed he took from traveling from the moon to the Earth, which if we guess that they're the same distance from OPM and real life, that's over 238,900 miles crossed in around 3 seconds. A serious saitama could definitely go way beyond that.
I think we should take the graph shown in the movie as being more accurate than his word of mouth, not only because of all the data but also because of the fact that just because the nomu would have taken 5 punches in his prime as opposed to 300 doesn't exactly equate to him being 60 times (300/5) as strong.

Long answer: All might has a muscle form because One For All takes you to your peak physical strength. After the first fight with All For One his body became very sickly and skinny. So OFA temporarily reverts his body back to his peak physical state
(It makes sense since that’s what stock piling is.)
Stockpiling means that you can always add onto it and it’ll stay that way.
Example: let’s say that you become a body builder and have a stockpiling ability, you stop working out for 10 years and eventually become very skinny. You would still have the strength that you had when you were a body builder 10 years ago because you can’t “lose” strength, you can only add onto it
Deku can’t have a muscle state because he’s currently in his peak physical strength, the only way this would be possible is if you stops working out, then he would grow muscle or whatever. One For All doesn’t just give you muscles or a muscle form, it reverts the user back to their peak physical strength

I think that at first it might seem like that, but I find it hard to believe that AFO could've been able to wreck Saitama as badly as he did to prime All Might.

I know this is 2 weeks old, but I just want to confirm you that it's not just Japan. It's actually the whole world. All Might was the number one hero and the symbol of peace of the WORLD in the MHA Universe. So no, it's not just Japan. On the other note, I agree on you about Zhoniin overestimating All Might. For me, my opinion is that All Might's just near or at the same as DarkShine level. If I were to go even further, I think Prime All Might is more "potent" than DarkShine, though I could not see him being more Durable than DarkShine. If that wound on his abdomen took most of All Might's power out, yeah he ain't DarkShine level of Durability.
Imagine pre-awakened Garou destroying him like what he did with DarkShine. I say All Might has no chance of getting back up on the onslaught of attacks Garou will give, I could even say he'll be in a much more grievous state than his fight with All for One. Unlike with DarkShine that tanked Garou's attacks like a champ and still came out with minor injuries. Yeah, can't see if Prime All Might could do much on that. Plus adding the fact that Garou's using martial arts primarily. To not just incapacitate opponents, but to also eliminate his their combat capabilities and destroy their well being, while also inflicting damage that are far more potent e.g. pressure points plus doubling the amount of force it'll send if he uses Bang's technique that counter's bruisers "like All Might" and piercing/slicing it using Bombs martial art. His attacks are just far beyond compared to the brute high impact punches that All Might could dish out. So these are basically my thoughts.
