I'm so glad the Tati palette was included in this list, because it was truly fantastic. Tati did that. I'm sad we won't see more for a little while, hopefully the contractual requirement time will pass by and she'll be motivated to put more of them out. It was stunning.
I still use my Tati pallet!! I don’t use it daily just because I want it to last longer. Bought it as soon as it released so it’s getting low in a lot of colors 😢 I hope she’s able to come out with eyeshadows again!! I would buy one today if she released one.
Man!!! I just went to the Mecari site and there were used pallets and some that were very very used and selling for $60+. And new ones were $100 and up. Geez lol however, if I had a ton of money I would probably buy one of the new ones. Especially if mine was already gone…

Tati Vol 1. was amazing. I have ALOT of palettes, but that glitter was mind-blowing, hands down. I feel like we need to like made a vol 2 happen, god knows how, but I need a vol 2.
I found the lawsuit too complicated to follow in depth, but I believe she is waiting for a contract to expire. Let’s hope by the time it expires, she has found her creative joy again. I understand she is just way too defeated right now.
It makes me very sad every time I think that Tati Beauty doesn’t exist anymore. I love her palette. It is one of my all-time favorites for its formula, its color story, versatility and beautiful look. Tati was really into something with that collection and it saddens me immensely that she won’t see her vision fulfilled. I still hope that Tati launches a new brand once all the legal problems have been solved. I’m rooting for her!

In a nutshell and without going into details or nuances, Tati’s former partner in her supplements business filed a suit against her and her companies, alleging that he was promised to be a partner of Tati Beauty or that all of Tati’s products were going to be made by the company where he was a partner. Besides that fact, Tati has had to cut a lot of endeavors and even change her lifestyle in order to be able to pay the legal expenses for all the lawsuits she’s been involved since 2020: the ones her former partner filed and the ones she and her husband and her companies have filed against that person and against a CZcamsr who was posting defamatory videos about her and her husband.
I completely agree that the Tati pallette has been my hands down fave of all time. I hope one day she returns with beauty in some form because she is too talented to deprive us 🥰
I honestly don't get y'all adoring her, she ruined the beauty community right along with Jeffree and James. I don't even know how I was recommended this video because I rarely watch beauty vids anymore except for smaller influencers that are more trustworthy, and like I said, that's very rare nowadays.
Also, I don't exactly exclude this channel from being trustworthy, it definitely tries to be unbiased, but from my POV it wasn't always successful. Particularly true when it came to Tati for some reason.

The RawBeautyKristie collab was one of the only times I saw a colourpop palette with any kind of richness or depth in its color story. It makes their other palettes look muted and ashy in comparison.
Is it still available? I have been thinking about trying green eyeshadows, but haven’t found a palette that’s good but not expensive. I don’t want to invest a lot of money I don’t have, only to find out that green eyeshadow clashes with my gray-green eyes.
I bought it and still have it-I took them out of the cardboard palette and put them in a giant magnetic palette to save space, but the colors are so pretty-the moss green can be patchy sometimes but that’s my only criticism. I used the emerald color for Wizard of Oz and I got lots of compliments.
I am not a super sentimental person that needs to keep a lot of things. BUT I will never get rid of my Tati palette. It’s perfect. Specifically the mattes and metallics are some of the very best I’ve ever used! I am holding out hope that she will launch something I. The future!!

I really hope Tati does another palette because her palette was the most amazing idea and it feels so luxurious. I use the ivory shade in the sequin formula over a sticky eye primer and it looks so classy and subtle. I also love the blue shift in the maroon shade. I also liked how the metallics weren't too foiled so it was almost a satin finish. The whole palette was PERFECT tbh
I LOVE these kinds of videos. I know they say the algorithm hates it when you talk about older products but I love it. Things don't start sucking just because it's been a year or so they've been out.
I am so sad to have never had MUG. I wanted them so badly but had no money at the time. I would sit and make carts of all the shades I would someday own. To see MUG go under was so sad but I hope people continue to talk about it because it was such a huge part of the industry. And Marlena changed the game!
Hi, Jen. I really enjoyed your walk down memory lane with the palettes. Just a suggestion because I saw you going back and forth between paper towels and makeup wipes. For the past few years I’ve been using a dark colored micro cloth to wipe my hands( and brushes) when I do my makeup. It lasts all week and you can toss it in with your towel laundry load. Because I use microcloths for cleaning and dusting throughout the house, I only use the grey or black colors with the makeup. That way you always use them for that purpose only. When I travel I throw one into my makeup bag too. It really saves on tissues, paper towels, and makeup wipes and works better than all of them in my opinion.
The Tati palette has a piece of my heart! Everytime I use it I have to give myself extra time to get ready because I have so much fun playing with it that I can lose track of time. It's just sooo good 🥰
I have what feels like a million palettes and hands down the best one is my Tati palette. The colors the formula and all of it is the best. Really sad she wasn’t able to continue.
The Jaclyn Hill palette is still an icon in my collection! When I travel it literally has everything I need! Also baby wipes are a cheaper alternative for wiping swatches and such.
100% agree textured neutrals is my all time favorite palette as well. I can always count on it for a beautiful look 🎉 the glitter is unmatched, the black is darker than most eyeliners, I can go on and on. Tati please expand on this one day 😅😮💨
I looove love LOVE the Taty Beauty palette! It's my all time favorite! I remember staying up that launch night (I'm from Romania) refreshing my browser so I can be sure I'll have it. I can't express in words how sad I was when I heard the bad news... I will continue to dream and hope that one day Tati will release a new one.
The Tati textured neutrals palette will forever be the one that got away for me. I learned about it just last year and was devastated. I'm not a big eyeshadow palette person but that one is literally perfect and the only one I'd ever need 😭
this video was incredibly nostalgic for me. It was like a trip down memory lane when makeup reviews were a peak era on CZcams. It's almost like you can pinpoint each year the palette came out and the buzz and excitement it created in the beauty community. The Tati pallet was my first influencer pallet I bought, it’s so easy for me to use and make good looks. I don’t think I have another pallet that I love as much ❤
The only eyeshadow I routinely use up completely is the Wet n Wild single shadow in the shade Brûlée. I use it every time I do my eye makeup to set my eyeshadow primer, as a blending shadow and as a matte brow bone highlight. I have gone through so many!
Honestly Tati's palette is the only one I own, I've always just bought MAC individual pots when I wanted a colour and her colour story and textures were the only ones that talk to me. It's a gorgeous palette
I hit pan on so many shades in my Tati palette. I was hoping we would someday get the color stories in wuss along with additional volumes. It’s so sad that things went the way they did.
I also love so many of these! One of my go-to palettes that I hardly see anyone use anymore is the So Jaded palette from Kathleen Lights and Colourpop. The neutrals are so pretty, and the Diamond supershock shadow elevates literally any look

I used to watch her videos all the time a few years ago and was a big fan, but then I gradually stopped watching makeup videos and got more into science and educational content. It was only recently I started checking out makeup content again, and I can't believe she's gone. I'm so sad to find this out 😥
I found out with the rest of the public and laid in bed with my sister, just crying. I didn’t know her personally, but to this day, feel an immense loss for her family, friends, and viewers who adore her. Be kind to yourself and feel your feelings; the world really lost a bright light in Mel. 💔
I heard that day and also just felt devastated inside. I cried about it off and on for days. A few months ago I went back to watch some of her videos to support her family and man to know this beautiful soul is not there for her family just broke my heart all over again. She was someone whose goodness jumped out at you right through her videos.

i have Tati palette and it is still my go-to palette. it is SO versatile and fun. i am so mad at myself that i didn't buy extra one. For me aside from Tati's palette the one i still use the most is UD naked3 palette. Thank you for that list Jen!
I have the Huda mercury retrograde, favorite of about 60! I chose it over the quartz because it has a lot of the same colors, plus some nudes, and fun pops of colors.
Tati Beauty I looooooved that palette so much. I hate that she had to go through so much because man she could have been killing it still. I also have hope that one day she brings it back, I liked her sponge as well. The only other one for me was the Makeup Geek palette with the individual shades that you built that came out around the same time. Those colors were fantastic and I thought the formula was so good as well. Loved the video Jen!

Such a fun walk down memory lane with these!! ABH sultry is my all time fav palette and I also enjoyed CP that’s so taupe! If I were to do a top 5 list it would include those two along with UD naked 2, naked 3, and smash box photo edit eyeshadow trip in nude pic fair. I don’t understand why sultry isn’t in ABH’s permanent line because it’s by far the best palette they’ve ever made. I would repurchase it today if I could because my palette is very old now and doesn’t perform as well as it used to.
Yes on the Too Faced Choco Gold, Tati Beauty and Jaclyn Hill. I would include the Viseart Neutral Mattes palette, One of the old Colourpop 12 pan shadows called "I think I love you". and back in the day I got a few Ace Beaute palettes from Boxycharm and they are sooo good.
Tiny Marvels IS my favorite palette! So love that you included it...Mel would be giggling! I agree on Stephanie's palette and LOVED my Chocolate Gold too. Funny story...Mel had my Coloured Rain palette. I sent mine to her to use and she loved it. Love ya!
I’m with you . . . Absolutely adore eye shadows. I’ve found that the high shine and shimmers, even with super primers don’t last on me, but oh, those mattes! Can’t get enough.
After buying Soft Glam last summer, I do kind of wish ABH would rerelease Sultry. My top fav eyeshadow palettes are from Sigma, though. Love them so much!
My sister bought the Jaclyn Hill pallet for my birthday present when it came out. I don't reach for it anymore but I can't toss it either. Now the Tati pallet... I reach for that atleast twice a week!! I love the sequin matte shades 😍
Nothing will ever ever ever ever ever EVER beat the Huda rose quartz. I'd burn all my other palettes if I had to save that one. It's perfection. Worth the price without a doubt. I love that so many ppl totally get it and agree. Chefs kiss!!

Tiny Marvels, Sultry, That's Taupe, The Glam palette, Stone Cold Fox, Mel's Palette 🕊, Cashmere and Klarity Kosmetics Croc palette are among my absolute faves. As far as I know Crown manufactured the original JH palette and licensed the formula to her. When Morphe ended that agreement, they had to find a different manufacturer. That’s why it’s no longer the same formula. BUT Crown still has it for sale! Identical. $22 and called the “OMG” palette on their website.

This video made me pull my Tati palette out again and I loved swatching it afresh! Thank you for that! Personally, the palettes I find myself instinctively reaching for are Lisa Eldridge's Vega and Myth palettes. Vega, in particular, is such a staple for any cool-toned look. The topper in that palette is also my favourite. It really can make anything look better.
For a color lover (like myself) Blend Bunny makes awesome palettes that are user-friendly lining colors up by row or columns... And they just keep getting better and better
Hi i think Tati palette was wonderful the work that went into her palette. i still have it but its in my memory box as its too old now to use , but it has pride of place in my box as its the first palette i bought from y tube which i fell in love with . but its so sad its her first and last .
I TOTALLY agree with you on so many of these, especially on the Huda and Tati formulas! The Rose Quartz palette and the Tati palette definitely make my top 10, too. 😍
Oh, and on the dry paper towels vs makeup wipes - I use regular baby wipes! They're much cheaper for a much larger quantity and work just as well to wipe makeup off my hands. ☺☺

I wish I could still get the Gold Chocolate Bar. That is the ONLY thing I'd purchase from Too Faced at this point. Most of their pallets are utter garbage. Beautiful pallets, but garbage, nonetheless.
I know a lot of people are over him, but Jeffree Stars Blood Sugar and Orgy pallets are nice also. I also like his formulas too. I'm not to crazy about his other pallets. I messed up not getting Tati's pallet and could just kick myself now. I think she mentioned some cheap made bootlegs on ebay, so watch out if you purchase any.

My favorite palettes of all time are the Colourpop Going Coconuts palette and the UD Naked 2 basics (the small one). I also have the SG x Mel Thompson palette but I only reach for Firebutts too! The most beautiful shade ever!
I love Huda's eyeshadow palettes. I'm a very "natural makeup" kind of girl - usually matte, but if I wanna get a little crazy I will put a shimmer on the lid ✨️😎.
My favourite palette of all times is one I couldn’t put away even after the controversy. It’s Kat Von D’s Metal Matte palette. To me, it was perfection. I wish someone else made it though.

I can't express in words how sad I was when I heard the bad news... I will continue to dream and hope that one day Tati will release a new one.
The Tati textured neutrals palette will forever be the one that got away for me. I learned about it just last year and was devastated. I'm not a big eyeshadow palette person but that one is literally perfect and the only one I'd ever need 😭
Each of these palettes represent a moment in time; a very special moment in time. Jen, you took me back to a time and place that was so much fun.
this video was incredibly nostalgic for me. It was like a trip down memory lane when makeup reviews were a peak era on CZcams. It's almost like you can pinpoint each year the palette came out and the buzz and excitement it created in the beauty community. I miss the simplicity of all of that before the era of dramagedden and mouldy lipsticks took over
Would love a pt.2 of this series! So fun. Anyone remember the tarte true blood palette? That was actually pretty amazing and came with primer and mascara.

The Tati pallet was my first influencer pallet I bought, it’s so easy for me to use and make good looks. I don’t think I have another pallet that I love as much ❤
The only eyeshadow I routinely use up completely is the Wet n Wild single shadow in the shade Brûlée. I use it every time I do my eye makeup to set my eyeshadow primer, as a blending shadow and as a matte brow bone highlight. I have gone through so many!
Omg yesssss - that is the absolute best shade ever for setting down primer. I always have like 3 on-hand just in case.
I still use my Tati palette, it's my go to favorite palette of all time. I'm afraid to hit pan and I'm getting close!

Honestly Tati's palette is the only one I own, I've always just bought MAC individual pots when I wanted a colour and her colour story and textures were the only ones that talk to me. It's a gorgeous palette
I hit pan on so many shades in my Tati palette. I was hoping we would someday get the color stories in wuss along with additional volumes. It’s so sad that things went the way they did.
I also love so many of these! One of my go-to palettes that I hardly see anyone use anymore is the So Jaded palette from Kathleen Lights and Colourpop. The neutrals are so pretty, and the Diamond supershock shadow elevates literally any look
I still have my Tati palette too & I legit love it. I use it sparingly because I know I can’t get it again. It’s such a shame that she closed her brand. The few things she released were SO good!❤
I had no idea Mel passed away. I used to watch her videos all the time a few years ago and was a big fan, but then I gradually stopped watching makeup videos and got more into science and educational content. It was only recently I started checking out makeup content again, and I can't believe she's gone. I'm so sad to find this out 😥
I found out with the rest of the public and laid in bed with my sister, just crying. I didn’t know her personally, but to this day, feel an immense loss for her family, friends, and viewers who adore her. Be kind to yourself and feel your feelings; the world really lost a bright light in Mel. 💔
I heard that day and also just felt devastated inside. I cried about it off and on for days. A few months ago I went back to watch some of her videos to support her family and man to know this beautiful soul is not there for her family just broke my heart all over again. She was someone whose goodness jumped out at you right through her videos.
Tatis palette is still my favorite palette I've ever received in PR and one of my favorites in my entire collection. I would love for her to come back with a brand. Maybe Westbrook Beauty or something

I put the shade names guide from the cardboard packaging onto my pallete from that Jaclyn palette like you did! You covering up that little corner in the palette is mindblowing, that IS a Morphe color story for sure😂💀💀We were all so excited about that one

i have Tati palette and it is still my go-to palette. it is SO versatile and fun. i am so mad at myself that i didn't buy extra one. For me aside from Tati's palette the one i still use the most is UD naked3 palette. Thank you for that list Jen!

I have the Huda mercury retrograde, favorite of about 60! I chose it over the quartz because it has a lot of the same colors, plus some nudes, and fun pops of colors.

Tati Beauty I looooooved that palette so much. I hate that she had to go through so much because man she could have been killing it still. I also have hope that one day she brings it back, I liked her sponge as well. The only other one for me was the Makeup Geek palette with the individual shades that you built that came out around the same time. Those colors were fantastic and I thought the formula was so good as well. Loved the video Jen!

I think you are going to finish up all 4 usage goals on these-those colors are great together. I got rid of all my J⭐️ pieces when I realized what was going on. My room steward on a cruise got your little lady palette.
Such a fun walk down memory lane with these!! ABH sultry is my all time fav palette and I also enjoyed CP that’s so taupe! If I were to do a top 5 list it would include those two along with UD naked 2, naked 3, and smash box photo edit eyeshadow trip in nude pic fair. I don’t understand why sultry isn’t in ABH’s permanent line because it’s by far the best palette they’ve ever made. I would repurchase it today if I could because my palette is very old now and doesn’t perform as well as it used to.

Yes on the Too Faced Choco Gold, Tati Beauty and Jaclyn Hill. I would include the Viseart Neutral Mattes palette, One of the old Colourpop 12 pan shadows called "I think I love you". and back in the day I got a few Ace Beaute palettes from Boxycharm and they are sooo good.
Tiny Marvels IS my favorite palette! So love that you included it...Mel would be giggling! I agree on Stephanie's palette and LOVED my Chocolate Gold too. Funny story...Mel had my Coloured Rain palette. I sent mine to her to use and she loved it. Love ya!
I’m with you . . . Absolutely adore eye shadows. I’ve found that the high shine and shimmers, even with super primers don’t last on me, but oh, those mattes! Can’t get enough.
After buying Soft Glam last summer, I do kind of wish ABH would rerelease Sultry.
My top fav eyeshadow palettes are from Sigma, though. Love them so much!

My sister bought the Jaclyn Hill pallet for my birthday present when it came out. I don't reach for it anymore but I can't toss it either. Now the Tati pallet... I reach for that atleast twice a week!! I love the sequin matte shades 😍
Nothing will ever ever ever ever ever EVER beat the Huda rose quartz. I'd burn all my other palettes if I had to save that one. It's perfection. Worth the price without a doubt. I love that so many ppl totally get it and agree. Chefs kiss!!
Stephanie is just an Angel. The education and inspiration she offers through her videos is life changing! I feel so much better about myself cause of her.
Tiny Marvels, Sultry, That's Taupe, The Glam palette, Stone Cold Fox, Mel's Palette 🕊, Cashmere and Klarity Kosmetics Croc palette are among my absolute faves. My vibe is definitely cool toned and grunge 😊
Such a shame Tati isn't going to create more "Volumes", I really enjoyed her palette.

I love the rose quartz palette as well. I have a lot of palettes and I seem to always reach for it when I want a lavender look. So pretty!
As far as I know Crown manufactured the original JH palette and licensed the formula to her. When Morphe ended that agreement, they had to find a different manufacturer. That’s why it’s no longer the same formula. BUT Crown still has it for sale! Identical. $22 and called the “OMG” palette on their website.
I love Tiny Marvel's and the JH palette. I still have them. Good choices. Mad love ❌️⭕️

The colorful one from Makeup Geek was MY DREAM come true. By the time the launched it I couldn’t afford and then the brand was no longer. The palette is the one and true “the one that got away” for me 😭
This video made me pull my Tati palette out again and I loved swatching it afresh! Thank you for that! Personally, the palettes I find myself instinctively reaching for are Lisa Eldridge's Vega and Myth palettes. Vega, in particular, is such a staple for any cool-toned look. The topper in that palette is also my favourite. It really can make anything look better.
For a color lover (like myself) Blend Bunny makes awesome palettes that are user-friendly lining colors up by row or columns... And they just keep getting better and better

Hi i think Tati palette was wonderful the work that went into her palette. i still have it but its in my memory box as its too old now to use , but it has pride of place in my box as its the first palette i bought from y tube which i fell in love with . but its so sad its her first and last .
I TOTALLY agree with you on so many of these, especially on the Huda and Tati formulas! The Rose Quartz palette and the Tati palette definitely make my top 10, too. 😍
Oh, and on the dry paper towels vs makeup wipes - I use regular baby wipes! They're much cheaper for a much larger quantity and work just as well to wipe makeup off my hands. ☺☺

I wish I could still get the Gold Chocolate Bar. That is the ONLY thing I'd purchase from Too Faced at this point. Most of their pallets are utter garbage. Beautiful pallets, but garbage, nonetheless.
I know a lot of people are over him, but Jeffree Stars Blood Sugar and Orgy pallets are nice also. I also like his formulas too. I'm not to crazy about his other pallets. I messed up not getting Tati's pallet and could just kick myself now. I think she mentioned some cheap made bootlegs on ebay, so watch out if you purchase any.

The shimmers in the Pur RBK pallette are incredible. I have depotted them and put them in their own mini pallette because they are so special.
The Tati palette was not my favorite colors, but oh! that formula! Went on like a dream, absolutely no irritation for my sensitive eyes. I begged for vol.3 to be cool tones, but then...😩
I bought that essentials palette by Stephanie Lange after I saw this video with 40% off at sigma and it is amazing. The pigments blew me away and I knew it would make a great one to travel with. Thank you for turning me on to it.
The Tati palette will always be one of my top 1-3 palettes of all times! I’ve hit pan on most shades and I gifted my extra one to my daughter. Drat being nice❤️😂
Tati Beauty needs to come back at some point. I would love to see where her potential in product design could go, she combined creativity with practicality.

Oh! I missed the naked heat palette and the ABH modern renaissance! Those were such excellent palettes! And the Jaclyn hill palette I’ll always love too.
I am glad I have all the pallets you mentioned :) I would put the Sydney Grace and Mel Thomson pallet as my favorite, even though I love them all, that pallet is out of this world..
My favorite palettes of all time are the Colourpop Going Coconuts palette and the UD Naked 2 basics (the small one). I also have the SG x Mel Thompson palette but I only reach for Firebutts too! The most beautiful shade ever!

I love Huda's eyeshadow palettes. I'm a very "natural makeup" kind of girl - usually matte, but if I wanna get a little crazy I will put a shimmer on the lid ✨️😎.
My favourite palette of all times is one I couldn’t put away even after the controversy. It’s Kat Von D’s Metal Matte palette. To me, it was perfection. I wish someone else made it though.
I love That's Taupe. I have a backup of it. I especially love the shimmer shade so I got several singles of it 😆
Thank you for this Video. I was just using the colored rain and the jaclyn hill one and was thinking, wow, they are so old but the quality is still one of the best especially for the pricepoint on the morphe one. Thank you for talking about those oldies but goodies!
To me the best palletes are the Jaclyn Hill from 2017 and Emily Noel's The Wants, the colors suit me well and the memories that go with it☺️
