funny thing: if you set display size to small (imho still perfectly readable), you can't slide down the screen lock note and therefore the "I agree" button down there stays disabled and there's nothing to do to continue except setting the display size to large again
Interesting. When I got my Hiby it just through me straight into android with no internet. It didn't force me to log into Google or anything. That was optional.
As shown in the Sony NW-A306 unboxing /set up video theres a good bit of the player wanting you to opt in. Less opt in may be more desireable for some but being able to share favorites etc is a positivie side.

its not solid metal, the sides are aluminium but the back is plastic

Is there any benefit in these high end players if You're just listening to your average MP3 over a cheap MP3 player
Wondering the same. Looks like Sony filling a niche and securing the bag. Walkman/iPod 2023. Audiophiles would use with headphones..kinda conter productive to the small form factor if you ask me. I'd grab one if I hit a parlay this.

Part two of this video comes out tonight at 12 midnight. As far as they quesiton - If listening to a HD file YES this is well worth with. With the Right source materal (Music file) this device and headphones I hear new things in songs I've listened to 100s or even 1000s of times. I've had to stop songs and go back to a point to relisten as its so shocking to hear diffrent instriments, diffrent strings with such clarity and seperation. I will do a video comparing this Sony Unit to other less expensive units in the near future.

@@jtolson29 For the price in some ways I would life a larger unit but its great quality as is. Sony do many another model (older model) this was based off that costs about $1000. Making this unit about $350 is really a shockwave to HD audio hardware - raised the bar - more on this later.
