Very nicely done. Certainly the best version out there. I love Tim Conover. He was a brilliant thinker.

Have you seen Joshua Jays version with a dollar bill in the ring

I have. I love Vanishing Inc. and Joshua Jay. But it’s overpriced and not really the best solution in my opinion. Using the replica Morgan’s is cheaper but they talk, and won’t soften. Using them in the Triad set is OK but it limits the ability to do any other vanishing sequence. The bill as a cylinder is not new and Tabman had a poker chip version using this in the 90s. Again it’s cheaper but limits the handling options if you choose to branch out your methods. The ring is cool but Paul Wilson’s set used rubber pennies which I think makes better use of the idea but I prefer a cork. The liquid load is a kicker but this routine doesn’t need a final load. The strength lies in the clean vanishes and reproductions and just doesn’t fit me. I’m all for progress but this puts a routine that is technically challenging and obscure in the hands of every day hobbyists to butcher and tarnish. It used to be only for serious folks because none of the props were available en masse and had to be made by custom craftsman. I cherish this routine and the time I spent with Tim Conover learning it and I just hate seeing it bastardized and available for Google search with an ad copy that gives away the method. End of rant. Thanks for watching!
