Seriously useful! Most trickers see tricks like triple cork and rush towards that big trick and screw themselves with and injury and then give up. I had a groin injury over Christmas and when I came back I decided to drill basics of the basics! Things that were super light and didn't hurt, but allowed me to progress faster as I was learning new movements! I recommend people do all this stuff, as well as often study footage hard as over all this will benefit your tricking immensely and make you enjoy it much more!

Great tips! Thanks! I agree with all three point, especially the first one! However, I am wondering about stretching. I always thought that it is important to stretch dynamically (and do sit-ups and push-ups before training) to stabilize joints to avoid injuries, whereas static stretching should be done at the end of session (to increase flexibility). Any thoughts?
