      It's a great pre-requisite for pretty much any btwist variation! Once you have the spotting in the middle down you can add prety much anything you want!

    How far is this from a btwist? I'm looking for basics for twisting moves but I don't know if I should spend time doing simple 360s (can't even do a 540) hoping to get better or learining basic tricks like this

      It's a little more physically demanding than a B-twist but it's easier mentally as there's less chance you landing on your side!
      I'd recommend starting to work on progressions for multiple tricks at once. B-kick, Gainer, Tornado kick are great ones to start with!

    Been practicing for over two months and haven't gotten close but I'm gonna keep trying.
    Step 3 is too easy yet I can't even start step 4. Is there a step 3.5? I can't do the crescent kick to turbo landing off of one foot but can EASILY do it with two
