    Thank you! The chain was so hard to remove. I broke a nail so I had to give in and ask the hubby for help.

    Ball and chain flapper is not too expensive to purchase at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

    There’s no way you just hang the chain inside the arm like that. You’ll have to fix it every few days that way. How is it actually supposed to be attached?

      It's been fully functional since, the connecting wire between the balls need to be fully seated in the slot in the arm, then the chain does not run.

    I hate when chain breaks half way on chain and I don't want to call maintenance man..cause I can fix it myself, quick fix,paper clip because it's an actual chain, not balls

    a new link chain cost 5$

      New toilet tank costs $50, now house costs $250,000 - lots of options there.
