Ven Pa’ La Loma
(Ciro Rodriguez - Peer International Corporation)
Coro:
Camina, camina, camina, camina, camina, caminando
ay yo te sigo si tú sigues andando
camina, camina y sigue caminando
tú llegas, tú llegas a la loma, tú llegas andando
sigue, sigue, sigue, sigue, sigue caminando
que yo te espero, yo te espero
ay mira camina y ven conmigo pa’ la loma. - Hudba

Hey, there is ONE UNLIKE! How can a HUMAN BEING WITH EARS dislike this music? From Congo DRC...just love this...BIG UP!
Thanks @Shasha ! We don't worry about anyone who clicks dislike. We're grateful that beautiful people like you like our music and express it to us. Many blessings to you.
@@Gopalo1 I would love to see you perform in Canada. I am a Drummer and know how difficult composing a song is. You guys are doing a great job.
@@Shasha-ox8hz Thanks! We've been to Canada. We'd love to get another invitation. Sometimes it helps when people request us to festivals or other music venues. You can also request us on our website here: gopalo.com/en/request-palo/
@@Gopalo1 I will do!
This is such a groovy sound and goes directly to that bohemian feeling while you sip and relax

Tremendo tumbao!! 🤘#ricoson !!! Always loved this number , I think it was a version by Carlos embale I heard a while back
Thanks @NickHerman ! I'm Steve Roitstein, PALO!'s founder and leader. This song is originally from El Trio Matamoros. It's one of the few of their famous songs NOT written by Miguel Matamoros. It was composed by Ciro Rodriguez, one of the other members. Carlos Barberia & Su Banda Kubavana recorded that version you mentioned, sung by Carlos Embale, one of the greatest. Although I was influenced by various versions, the arrangement on the Embele version was the one that most stuck in my mind. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Leslie hands me the gift of SYNETHETESIA!!!
The first occasion of my synesthesia was thanks to the great perfomance of my beloved Senorita Dayana!

Why do you call it funk? It's real cuban son.
We call it Afro-Cuban Funk because we use vintage sounding funk loops and sounds from the 1960s and 70s instead of traditional Cuban instruments.
I wish cuban son was more popular worldwide. Then you could name things as they are.
abo-abo Salsa is popular world-wide. It’s Afro-Cuban, is not it?!
@@LenkaSaratoga anyway, I supose funk is worse name for this.
abo-abo I am Russian married to Puerto-Rican, I hear you!
