I had my dad rent a machine that kind of looks like your camera and has cutting heads on it and I only new what to do because of you Ollie! I even had my mom watch me do the 1, 2, 3 thing and it worked! It ended up being roots and wipes just like everyone else. Thank you for your content. I didn’t even know I was learning something !
To those giving the business to the tenants, consider that the waste line was filled with roots. Solid material...paper, coffee grounds, small food particles...would get caught up and slow the water flow. As excrement passes through, it also gets caught up. Now you start to collect fats. Once that happens you create an enviornment conducive to saponification...the hardening of the fats into actual, but gross, soap. Once that occurs the line is closed and very capable pros need to fix the problem. This is a problem of waste line maintenance and not tenant living habits.
