If doug didnt activate ultimate creature and let solid die then deep eyes burn woulda won him the game
To be fair to Doug it's the first time he used the Brick Eyes deck while Farfa is already a Gusto master Master it's also kinda funny that Doug put Twin Burst because it's good but didn't use it because of the traumatic experience against Gusto it's literally the out again Spreez since it will banish it after battle also Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon kills the Gusto's graveyard effect 😉

I'm actually a Gusto player, though nowadays it's getting harder and harder to win cuz it turns out powerful monsters don't often have like the 2400+ range that makes it easy to OTK. Honestly, not THAT many misplays considering what cards were available. I guess adding back Tailwind was a wrong move. There were like 2 big OTKs that were missed, 1 on each duels, but the 2nd one Farfa was bound to win eventually. His top decks were insane though.
Yeah Vedir and Tailwind are completely cracked. All this deck needed was like 1 additional win con, and instead they gave us the long awaited Laplampilica, which is basically not optimal to summon around 199 times out of 200. The Gustos are like all fucking dead or now members of the Ritual Beasts. Like wtf do they want us to do, be shit forever?
fr, laplampilica is too redundant, it requires you to use hand resources but both vedir and tailwind already used that and it having rampengu kinda seals gusto's fate of being the predecessor of ritual beasts, poor vedir wont even get its "Vedirs" synchro mode
