Three brave explorers land on planet PNF-404 on a mission to find food for their starving home planet. After a crash landing, these explorers must work with Pikmin to reunite and complete their mission.
Direct, toss and grow Pikmin with different abilities and strengths-winged Pikmin can fly, while blue Pikmin can breathe underwater. By strategically choosing the right Pikmin for the job at hand and changing between the three captains (or coordinating with a second player), you can work efficiently to collect fruit and grow your Pikmin squad.
When you aren’t busy collecting fruit and saving your planet, try out Mission mode to accomplish set requirements like defeating enemies or collecting items. Looking for some friendly competition? In Bingo Battle you must use Pikmin to retrieve items on your bingo card before your opponent does.

A more difficult setting would be a reason to buy the game again. The main game is too easy. The challenge dlc levels can be pretty tough though.

If this fails, the series as a whole fails
To be honest, I wouldn’t worry about it that much. The Nintendo Switch is an incredibly successful console, so a first party Nintendo Game on the Switch will sell at least a little. This trailer and reveal also seem to be getting people really excited, as this has made it onto trending on CZcams. The original Pikmin 3 on Wii U was a relative success, so I’m almost certain that the Switch Port will be more successful.

Brody Challinor The trailer didn’t tell us much, but website actually tell us a little bit about the new content that will be present in this version not in the original, such as new difficulty modes, a Co-Op mode option, a Pikalopedia (Basically a Pokédex for Pikmin and their enemies, returning from Pikmin 2), and my personal favorite, a free, on disk expansion, (kind of like Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition) featuring Olimar and Louie’s time at PNF-404 before and after Alph’s adventure!

As a kid i played pikmin on the gamecube and to this day it is still one of my most cherrished gaming memories, i was not to good and by the 30th day i couldnt escape the planet and well, got the bad ending. It was the first time i cried because of a video game. Sadly i never had the chance of trying out the next games and i don't really know how to feel about this deluxe remake... i really wish nintendo made a remake of the first one, so i could experience it all over again, i'm sure i'm not the only one. It's kind of my dream remake actually. I'll keep an eye on this one though.

i was stupidly obsessed with this game. one time i played it from start to finish and 100% it in one sitting. didnt even speedrun it or try to go fast, just sat there for 10 hours and beat the game 100% like it was normal

If I had to guess an announcement trailer for Pikmin 4, I’d say around half way through 2021, end of 2021 latest

Pikmin is probably my favorite and I have been waiting a couple years now for Pikmin 4 maybe this is a game to get people back into Pikmin so when Pikmin 4 comes out people will be prepared.
