But I want to make full payment at the time of delivery after PDI of my car. But they denied it and said without full payment the car can not come to our showroom. I want to know whether it is mandatory for buying or the dealer is lying. Now coming to the issue if after making full payment, my car unfortunately gets damaged due to some reason like while transporting from the yard to the showroom or other reason, please suggest me what I do

We recently got cheated by one of the car dealers. In hurry he took full payment saying its last day for payment and all, he took our old car in exchange, we asked a lot many times atleast show us the car but he didn't. Just an evening before delivery they showed us the car and that too when we went there (no prior information that your car has arrived) we came to know that the car was 11 months old manufactured. My father asked to cancel the deal they said nothing can happen as insurance an rto is done. This continued for 8 days I informed the parent company about everything they helped us to cancel the deal. But it's been 4 days today the dealer has not refunded the amount and returned our old car. Our interest has been debited of 15 days and it will continue until the amount is deposited back in our account. We are in bad situation right now.😢
Hi Did you get refund? Same issue with me also. On the delivery day I found its old car and has run for 1000km. They don't want to cancel and are forcing us to take the car.
@@Checkmatestellar yes we got the amount back but without interest amount of a month, we got our old car back.. though the deal got cancelled after complaining the parent company, within 24 hrs, of what had happened.. the dealer returned the money only after a month but no interest amount.. You should approach the parent company, because the dealer wont listen to you they just want to sell the car .. let me know if you need more guidance..

Tata Motors also not doing anything so far. We have posted all the pictures of the car and its parts which are damaged. Your case is a hope to get a refund. Today evening also dealer said the same thing- tata motors won't refund if the car is registered so take this car only. There is no issue even if it has run for 600+ kms. Please guide me on how to get it cancelled.

I really hope you get the refund .. they definitely cannot sell you the old car .. otherwise just go to the court let them decide

You could have decoded the VIN and found out the month and year of manufacturing. Unnecessary itna dramatic video banane ki kya jarorat. Bakwas time waste
