I hope you enjoy our latest compilation, this time on the 10 most popular Russian composers. Their great works are indispensable for the world of classical music. If there are users who think that we shouldn’t promote Russian art at this moment because of the Russian attack on Ukraine, we do respect this. However, we would like respond as follows:
Art stands for the best in humanity, it is free and must always remain free! Some of the composers shown here were themselves victims of oppression in Russia. Not to play their music today, although it stands for a desire for freedom and happiness, wouldn't feel right to us. (Our choice of Dmitri Shostakovich’s "Festive Overture, Op. 96" (1954)- a piece of music that reflects a sentiment of liberation from oppression - is therefore a conscious choice).
We at WOCOMO believe in humanity, compassion, peace and understanding - values conveyed through art and music. We wish all music lovers here on CZcams a blessed Christmas!

Condenar a todo un pais por unos cuantos no creo que sea justo
Como dice el lema de Benito Juárez García " El respeto al derecho ajeno es la paz "

It is completely stupid to make excuses for practicing Russian or any other culture. It would be better to condemn those who want to impose censorship and deprive humanity of its achievements for political reasons.
