I have one like that! It only has two holes, and only jas a half hour singlestrike and a full hour strike sequence!
It currently has a overwound spring, but it works beautifully other than that!

I remember my mom having this clock when I was a kid. Unfortunately, her clock had burned up in a house fire so the clock is no more. I would like to get another one like it for her. Where can I find one? This exact same make and model.

Correct, clocks that state 31Day on the clock face means they only require winding at the end of every month.
