You may be right, but I think this different plot twist is needed sometimes. Usually although their videos are awesome, they can become predictable. I was for sure that they would have looked at the CCTV camera and then fired Veronica. I was surprised this did not happen. I didn't mind it at all.
Got to watch " gap tooth" people, they can lie their way out of Hell as my older generation of relativespecially always said. 😅
Wrong answer you are the manager you earned that position to run an owner's restaurant. Tina should have consulted with the owner or got in contact with another manager of one of his stores. "What are you doing that is working?" An employee can't advise a manager how to run a place of business. If you fail, there is always someone there to catch the ball. Veronica is a stinker, but she is an opportunist. That is life.

It does not matter if the man is in the wheelchair. He has money to pay for whatever he wants, just like anyone else. What makes your ass think his money is different from anyone else. Money is money. And the restaurant needs the money to stay open and running, and so that it will generate income for you to get paid. Your job is to treat everyone equally regardless of who is disabled or not!

I am wheelchair bound myself, but I see a bigger picture. True, you can never judge a book by its cover. I'm looking at the manager's error of judgment . Ok, the owner is concerned about sales are going down in this restaurant compared to the other ones. Tina earned the position of being a manager, and she is responsible for how smooth the business is to making money. She should have consulted with the owner or another manager at one of his restaurants what they are doing that is working for business. Instead, she listened to Veronica, an employee who works under her. We all have to stay in our lanes. I was an employee, and I never told my manager how to run a business. Sure, as an employee, you can give input, and that is when you ask. I know it would have been wrong, but Tina should have Veronica wait on the disabled man. If Veronica is prejudiced against disabled people, at least she would have been fired, and Tina would have kept her job. Veronica is opportunist, really Tina. Do you think Veronica was going to say that junk in front of the owner ? When you drop the ball, somebody is going to wait there to catch it. That's life lessons.

That's why it's better to do things your way than to take advise from other people. Especially bad advise, when u mess up they will behave like you never talked.
U never know if someone is plotting against you secretly, at times they get really annoyed when u ignore them but u should always know best.

Co workers are not your friends . To be a manager you have to use your best skills for customer service. Tina didn't listen to the owner but an employee under her guidance. Tina should have a conference with her owner about what she needs to do to make the restaurant better. When you fail, there is always somebody waiting.

No part 2 is needed. I have never told any manager of mine how to run a business. I am an employee. My duties are to carry out the orders of the manager. The manager needs to discuss further with the owner what specifically the other managers are doing that she's lacking. Veronica is an opportunist. Like or not, people are going to wait for you to fail, and that's life. Sorry you can be easily replaced.

Tina actually DISCRIMINATED against the man in the wheelchair and could cost the restaurant a large sum of money or the restaurant to be shut down if he chooses to sue.
Most likely, Veronica saw an opportunity to exploit Tina's managerial failures and set Tina up with bad advice. ANYONE CAN GIVE BAD ADVICE.. INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL , YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO TAKE THE ADVICE, ESPECIALLY WITHOUT VETTING IT.

The lady in red shirt giving advice to the manager, is walking around doing her job with her mobile phone in her hand. That is so unprofessional and usually not permitted in most work places (like restaurant staff work). Lol.

Classes of proper instructions for all employees. People in authority should have proper training as well. If special accommodations are needed for patrons, that's a must-have. see to that. Or arrange seating, with private screens. Signs of instruction should be properly placed if dress or shoe code is needed or better handicap concerns for the betterment.
We are to attend to the disabled as well.
The persons outer garments should not concern you. Your character should.
Why such discrimination because of differences in a look, or anyones disability?
Don't allow staff to tell you what to do, but bring them all together and discuss what maybe needed to do in areas of concern.
Corporately people have great ideal, as one unite of agreement. We in business can not be going in many directions without the basic need first for the customer.

Veronica was DIRTY!!! That wasn't right. Yes, Tina shouldn't have been pushing Mr. Julius out of the restaurant, so for that she SHOULD have been punished. However, the owner Mr. Henry should have looked into what Tina was saying too. BOTH Tina and Veronica should have been punished. Unfortunately it was Tina's word against Veronica's and Veronica got away with her wrongdoing. The moral: be very careful who you take advice from because it could cost you in the end. just for starters, a crowded restaurant is, a key indicator for sales being made. Why would you have an issue with having a crowded eatery? It would be a different story if, the restaurant was empty. But, anyway, I digress.
